She remembers January 13th because it was the first snow of the year. Later research states that on this day, Maryland issued a State of Emergency because of the snow. His name was Will. He agreed that track practice did start at 4. He also claims that there was no reason to be late, so if somebody was late, that person would receive the consequences and be forced to run extra time. Through out the podcast, Jay changes his story very often. This fact immediately throws a red flag. He gives the police the wrong location of where she was killed, but then he changes it. He also admits to assisting Adnan with burying Hae. This should look suspicious o detectives. There is no way of knowing that Adnan was with the cell phone. The only witness was Jay, but since his story is not constant, he may not be telling the truth about Adnan's presence. What is unclear, is the time that Jay gave Adnan his phone back.
