Then my team TOOK action of making new scripts & dividing the roles of each member.Being somewhat a perfectionist leader, i wanted to ensure everything went smoothly & made other student really engaged in my team performance.                  ON that day, when everything was officially executed, my teammate, Trâm, whose part unexpectedly ran too long. While Tram was still presenting, I simultaneously had A QUICK DISCUSSION with next speakers in our team. We shortened the script & highlighted the key points & arranged them IN the appropriate order. => To the best of my knowledge, there’s no standard for creativity definition, it exists everywhere, so it can be valued and rewarded in much more diverse ways.  Creativity is mainly valued through new concepts, ideas and problem solving ability. It’s all about making positive difference. For example, how to fit in a trip to the supermarket when our schedule looks full - it’s creative.Creativity is rewarded through: praise, prize, money, good results from creative activities

2. What opportunities for creativity does modern life provide?
=> Modern life give us a chance to boost our creativity mainly through innovative technology and caring more about raising creative jobs. On the one hand, Technology has made it a lot easier to bring creative minds and ideas closer, for instance, it's when you read so's ideas or saw any infographics video on Google & accumulated to raise further creative ideas. On the other hand, creative economy is popular and noticed than any ever before. 

3. In what ways would you expect to find creativity in the workplace nowadays?
=> In my opinion, I hope that I can explore creativity in the workplace that welcoming new ideas, developing cross-organizational collaboration which help us trade insight & ideas, even gain unique perspectives. Arranging decorative items & allow employees to have personal spaces can be taken into consideration as a way of inspiring my creativity.

4. How can more creativity be brought into our everyday life?
=> As per my understanding, creative isn't merely new ideas so it can be more executed in our life easily by diverse approach.  Firstly, it's thinking laterally which taking different way to solve a problem & increasing efficiency. For instance, it's when you find a way to meet the new deadline while the schedule is full. Secondly, trying something new like signing in a class that you've not attend before is a good start to spark ur creativity.
