Let's give a brief introduction about ourself here.

I will begin with mine.

Hello, I am Biju. I am currently leading and managing the Educator for Life Program, a teacher training endeavour at Shiv Nadar School. With 12+ years of experience in the education sector, I have established myself as a training and development expert, teaching-learning mentor and a pedagogy leader specialising in designing pedagogic interventions, project management, strategic planning of school development plans, quality assurance of teaching and learning and continuous professional development of teachers.

Constructive disruption is my game and technology my mantra. This love of mine has led me to innovate numerous learner centric teaching and learning designs and devised highly engaging classroom formulas. Some of my successful disruption designs include Teachflix, an in-house professional development model for teachers, SoulFest, a year long personal project for students that integrates passion with academic research and learning, paperless digital election for student council, reducing time and people resource by 90%.

I love to travel and read as I believe these to be the best teachers in my life. I also like experimenting with cuisines and recreate fusion in recipes.

Over the years, I’ve worked toward transforming my classroom into a space that’s lively, relatable, and rooted in real-life connections. I often narrate history through stories, bring in art forms, and allow students to express freely, making me more of a facilitator than a traditional instructor.

Beyond the classroom, I love playing with animals, run a podcast where I share my reflections, and enjoy public speaking. I also serve as the Vice Secretary of an NGO, where we work with underprivileged communities,conducting soft skills training, medical camps, and youth engagement programs.

Organizing events that showcase student talent and voice brings me immense joy. It reminds me that education isn’t just about content but connection.

I’m truly excited about this workshop because I believe it will help me reshape my role as an educator,by enriching my teaching practices, exploring interdisciplinary methods which I always wanted to explore in depth, and integrating technology meaningfully into the classroom. Looking forward to learning and growing together.

I'm a person who trust the above mentioned quote and follow to achieve my dream. I'm a fanatical science teacher who love to learn more from my kids and the environment. I love my class to be more interactive, playful , realistic and motivating.

Stepping into my 12th year in teaching is a added diamond in my crown as a teacher queen. Wishing the value of stones cherish my students life forever.

Apart from teaching , i love sports. Once sports was my everything. Even now trying to fit myself into sports.

As a educator help students become curious and self-driven learners.

As a mentor Build a classroom culture where students feel respected, heard, and valued ,provide emotional support and recognize each student's unique challenges and strengths.

As a facilitator teach students how to think, not just what to think.

As a role model show integrity, empathy, perseverance, and a growth mindset. Lead by example in behavior, learning, and how to treat others.

I believe that dance is a powerful tools for expression, emotional healing, and self-discovery. My teaching often blends tradition with modern methods like imaginative storytelling for art or integrating Natyobics and yoga into dance classes.

Beyond the classroom, I love engaging students in exploratory activities like painting imagination art while doing foot movement, and thematic choreographies. These experiences help them to connect deeper with themselves and the world around them.

I’m enthusiastic about this workshop because I see it as an opportunity to reflect, reimagine, and refine my practices. I’m especially looking forward to learning new interdisciplinary approaches, innovative tools, and ways to bring even more meaning into the creative spaces I guide.

I hold an M.A. and M.Phil., in English Literature and have 15 years of teaching experience across a range of settings — from middle schools and colleges to corporate onboarding trainings. My journey has been diverse, but my love for teaching has remained constant.

Having studied in the IGCSE board at Hebron International School, I’ve always appreciated the global importance of English. At Vidyagyan, I’ve rediscovered just how much I enjoy teaching and supporting students as they grow and learn. I believe in making learning fun, engaging, and meaningful. My approach is to foster a classroom environment where students feel free to explore, experiment, and enjoy the learning process.

One of my greatest strengths as a teacher is my ability to connect with students. While my primary focus is on imparting the rich traditions and discipline of classical dance, my role goes far beyond the studio. I strive to be a mentor and positive influence in my students’ lives helping them build confidence, resilience , and a deep appreciation for culture and the arts.

As a mentor, I strive to create a safe and inspiring space where students feel seen, supported, and empowered both within and outside the classroom. I take pride in being someone they can turn to not just for artistic guidance, but also for personal growth, emotional strength, and self-discovery.

It is my firm belief that classical dance is not just an art form, but a powerful tool for personal growth, self-expression, and cultural preservation. I am truly honored to be a part of my students’ journeys, both as dancers and as individuals.”

In my past roles, I have overseen day-to-day hostel operations, managed staff teams, and collaborated closely with faculty and parents to ensure the well-being of every student. Previously, I was responsible for the care and supervision of approximately 200 college students and 170 school students ranging from Grade 3 to Grade 12.

Apart from teaching, I enjoy cooking and love exploring new recipes in my free time. This is Mythili Sundar working as a librarian at Vidyagyan Chennai. Thank you for the opportunity to introduce myself in this forum. I hold Master Degree in Library and Information Science. I have teaching experience for 10 years in BVM Global. I love to teach students the importance of reading and helps them improve their reading comprehension through various methods and activities. I work more closely with students and teachers in need of educational resources.

I love my kids and pets, I feel happy when I’m playing with them. Listening to music and reading short stories are my favourite hobby.

I'm Rubella! I’m the Tamil teacher at Vidyagyan School, with 6 years of teaching experience. I hold both undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) degrees in Tamil, and I’ve also completed my Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Tamil. I’m honored to have received a Gold Medal in Tamil during my B.Ed. program, which remains one of my proudest academic achievements.

Tamil is not just my profession but my passion. I'm especially skilled in delivering Tamil speeches and compering in Tamil at school events.
