What I learned most in this subject is that being a leader isn't as easy as they show it but behind the scene you really need to grasp your understanding and know the rules as well since your people look up on you and you give them morale as well.

I've made this GIF as a celebration for completing this course and as a representation of my positive outlook towards the subject and as well as my regards and compliments to the teacher, Ms. MG. My overall experience in this subject is that it prepared me on what to really expect inside different organization or industries. This subject taught me how to prepare well in handling my own future career as a Psychology student. Important soft skills were taught that will serve as a vital trait when working within an industry. Lastly, the professor, Ms. MG, has made discussions easy to understand, constructs interactive activities that gives a lifetime lesson, is very considerate, and just makes the overall IO experience smooth and enjoyable. I am very grateful for this endeavor :)

Being part of this class is wholesome for me. Our Instructor, Miss MG, made it easier for us to understand the important contents for this class by making/discussing the topics briefly and relatable for us. Furthermore, I really enjoyed working with my groupmates-tbh. Thanks to Miss MG(gonna credit you for this one po 😅) for randomly grouping us to be "one", because of that "grouping" I created new peers in the class. (Disclaimer: We're also vibing up even on non-IO matters ❤️💞). I thank this semester because I got to discover that being and aspiring to become part of the HR industry is hard, and striving to become a good role model or leader is harder 😅. Also, being part of the IO psych class without understanding is the HARDEST 🤧 so I am thankful that I was able to survive this semester with this class, because I have my classmates as well as my instructor to be my companion struggling while enjoying to pass! Kudos to us everyone! (Gonna go home everyone *PS nagpasignal rako sa bukid part hehe)

In relation to the GIF that I indicate, it relates to this course because it made me open the things that I never experienced, especially, me being an introverted person, it is actually valuable to my well-being, and I have an idea if ever I'll work in HR industries/organizations. It pondered me well that being an HR or a leader makes work harder and taking care of lots of responsibilities, not just handling people but also the welfare of the company or workplace. As for my I/O Professor, Miss MG is really considerate and kind, not to mention how she discussed our topics very easy which made this course understandable and interactive. In other words, I'm grateful that being part of this course I survive the conflicts and as well to my groupmates, especially to Group 5, laban lang gyud ta guys!
