She went to take some pills to alleviate her pain but never got the chance because she began throwing up, dropping her drink that she was going to wash the pills down with. Because of this, she took headache medication. She stumble and hit her head on the desk with no coordination under the influence of alcohol.  Because she had diabetes and drank alcohol, it cause a diabetic episode. Her dead body was holding her pancreas, which creates insulin. Diabetes causes low insulin.

She then tried to take some tylenol with her drink, and an intruder burst through the door, leaving a footprint. Anna dropped her pills and drink on the floor in surprise, and struggled against the intruder. The desk was tipped over, and the intruder forcefully banged her head on the edge of the desk, leaving bloodstains on the desk and her forehead. That would be why the pills and insulin is present. The medical examiner gave no information in the report of her having diabetes. She was sick so she was cold which was why she was wearing a sweater. She used her insulin shot because she was feeling faint and needed more sugar in her system. She started to take some pain medication with some juice. Her neighbor had anger issues and was so tired of her dog barking for two hours. He came in and scared her, causing her to drop her juice and pills. The blunt force trauma to the head could be caused by the man hitting Anna very hard which caused her to fall and hit her head on the table.
