What : A lot of electricity usage in the campus may contribute to the electricity wastage as students leaved the room without turn off the lamp and air conditioner. 

 

Why : Electricity is an important resources. However, using too much electricity is bad for our environment as the production of electricity consume a lot of fossil fuel which is one of non-renewable resources and the burning of fossil fuels increase the production of carbon dioxide which lead to the global warming. 

 

 

What : The tires are highly durable and non-biodegradable. They consume valued space in landfills and also cause air pollution when being disposed. So, instead of disposed it, we can reuse it to make eco-friendly product such as chair, table and etc. 

 

Why : These tires are challenging source of waste due to the large volume produced, the durability of the tires, and the components in the tire that are ecologically problematic.

 

What : When there are the horses, there are the manures. High amounts of this will bring harm to us if not processed properly. It also lead to the eyesore of the beach. 

 

Why : Animal faeces rich in nitrogen ions such as NO3- NO2- and NH4 +. These nitrogen-rich ions are very good for plants because these ions are the sources of nutrients for the trees to process photosynthesis. The faeces made from horses and other animals are organic fertilizer so it will not affect humans compared to synthetic fertilizers.
