1-Explain the activity-Spoke to teachers about the course and what id be doing on it. I had to fetch in my GSCE results as proof to show them. We spoke about adventure tourism and it sounded good so I decided to join that. 
2-What went well- I got onto the course I wanted to and I am really enjoying it so far. 
3-What would you change if you do it again- I was a little worries before I came into college for the first time but if I did it again I would not stress as much.

Evidence2- NCS
1-Explain the activity- We went on a residential trip and I had to communicate with new people I had never met.
2-What went well- We spoke and got along well. It was good because everyone was nice to each other and worked well. 
3-What would you change if you do it again- I would talk more at the beginning as I was nervous and stuck within my friend group at first.

Evidence3- Part-time job
1-Explain the activity- I work at a takeaway I have to take calls and do peoples orders and make sure I get them right
2-What went well- I got job and I deal with customers well taking and listening to their orders.

1-explain the activity- We had to go on a 4 hour walk up lots of mountains and hills without stopping
2-We kept walking even when we didn't want to and when we was tired because we knew we would be proud after we did it

Evidence- cave climbing
1- we had to walk through a small tight cave and try make it to the end 
2-  The cave was very small and was had to crawl through on our knees also the water was rising while we was in but we all wanted to make it out alive and not drown

1-Explain the activity- we did lots of different team work activity's the first day we got there and through out our stay there
2-What went well-we played 4 different games that included team work and communication skills the first game was there you had to get the bucket out of the circle but couldn't move the rope, second were we had to stop the pipe from leaking and we all had to put out fingers over the hole while someone went and got water, third were we threw a ball to each other in diagonal and then kept adding more so it became harder the last thing we had to do was step threw a hooler hoop as quick as we could and try beat the team before and then beat our own time if we got less time.

Evidence2- Camping
1-Explain the activity- when we had to put our tent up 
2-What went well- we manged to put our tent up by helping each other and telling each other how to do it if we got stuck and needed help

Evidence3- Maths
When I am in my Maths lesson I work with the people on my table, we work as a team to get through maths problems so we can solve them out easier. This helps the teacher help others and helps me understand how to solve maths issues.

1-when I have done English work and it wasn't right or good enough 
2- i went back and added everything i needed to spelt things i did wrong and made it better and improved on the things i needed to

1-i didnt pass my maths or english GCSE
2-i came back to collage to pass them and failed them both so I'm doing them both again this year

1-When it gets busy on a weekend and i do something wrong i have to fix my mistake and make sure i get it right and also don't make the same mistake again
