EXPERIMENTO DA OSMOSE

Primeiro peguei 2 ovos e 2 vidros de pepinos. Coloquei vinagre até a metade de cada vidro e medi a circunferência de cada ovo.

1° ovo com medida de 15 cm.

2° ovo com medida de 14 cm.

Deixei cada um em um vidro por 36 horas. Após isso retirei cada um com cuidado e lavei, notei que não havia mais casca no ovo e ele estava bem mole. Medi novamente os ovos e tive uma boa surpresa, mudaram de tamanho.

1° ovo com medida de 17,5 cm.

2° ovo com medida de 17 cm.

Coloquei cada ovo em seu recipiente novamente e no 2° recipiente contendo o 2° ovo adicionei agua pura. E no 1° recipiente e 1° ovo adicionei a solução supersaturada de açúcar, que deveríamos fazer. Deixei esfriar e coloquei no 1° recipiente. Após se passar 48 horas, retirei eles com cuidado e os lavei. Nova surpresa, o ovo do 1° recipiente havia diminuído e ficado mais flexível, tinha criado uma espécie de casca nova. Já o outro continuou no mesmo formato e bem mole. As medidas que obtive foram:

1° ovo com medida de 15,5 cm.

2° ovo com medida de 17 cm.

Com isso conclui que o ovo que primeiro acrescentado no vinagre e após um determinado período em uma solução supersaturada de açúcar o ovo “volta” ao seu formato inicial.

Já o outro que ficou no vinagre e após o determinado período ficou na agua, continuou com o formato que ele tinha após as horas no vinagre.

que foi um momento muito significativo.
No total, coloquei as misturas em 3 lugares diferentes, das tampinhas coloquei no meu cantinho de estudo 2 e as outras duas em cima da geladeira. O resto dos liquidos coloquei em um copinho, na qual coloquei dentro do guarda roupas.
Nas tampinhas que ficaram em meu cantinho de estudo, não notei a presença de tantos microorganismos, mas detectei o famoso "mofo" que conhecemos, com uma estrutura esverdeada e uma textura rugosa, e umas bolinhas pretas na qual não identifiquei o que poderia ser. Os dois em pequenas quantidades.
Nas tampinhas que ficaram em cima da geladeira, notei os mesmo aspectos, porém em uma quantidade muito grande, essas bolinhas pretas foi uma "infestação" e o mofo também em grande quantidade.
Nos copinhos, nasceram somente essas bolinhas pretas, na qual não identifiquei, porém neles criaram uma espuminha em cima e nas laterais, na qual não sei identificar o que poderia ser também.
