 I believe that this will prepare students for future jobs, because it helps students understand that if you work hard you get rewarded.  
 It also will make sure that students are organized, responsible, and pay more attention in class.  They would be organized, by scheduling what homework needs to be done at what time, so that they do not miss the due date.
They would be responsible by working on their homework when they are first given the work to be done, instead of starting their work at the last minute, and not giving it the time it needs.
They would also pay more attention in class, so as to not miss any information.  This will allow them to take proper notes in class, so they have a better chance of getting better grades, and so getting paid. 
 This will not only help students to be more organized and responsible in class, and with their school work, but also in future jobs and with their money.  They could use the money they receive from getting good grades, to save up for college.
