I am a rising senior from Baltimore, MD, double majoring in Psychology (BS) and Sociology. Here are some fun facts about me:

• I love love going to concerts! I've been going to All Things Go for the past three years. This year will be the third time I've seen Hozier and Mitski in concert (top two artists)

• I love to travel and will be going to Chicago soon after TYS

• Big baker and cook!

• I also love to read and am working through a very long TBR right now

• Huge sitcom fan! I started watching Superstore and have seen New Girl 13 times

I am a rising sophomore and I am majoring in Early Elementary Education with a minor in Spanish. Some fun facts about me:

• I love country music, specifically Kane Brown and Morgan Wallen. I own Miranda Lambert's country boots! I know people will hate on me for this but I don't care. :)

• I was a gymnast for 12 years.

• I love to travel and since I am studying Spanish, I am trying to convince my family to travel to Panama for winter break!

I graduated from UMD with a master's degree in School Counseling, and went to Earlham College in Indiana for my bachelor's degree. Some fun facts about me:

- I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. West Coast best coast!

- I enjoy videogames (currently playing Ghost of Tsushima), playing guitar/ukulele, and hiking

-I've had premature gray hair on my head since I was ten (I'm an old soul on the inside)

Some fun facts about me are:

• I love listening to music and making playlists. My taste is so broad, if you put my catalog on shuffle it would go from Zach Bryan to Kaytranada to Rosalia with everything in-between.

• My favorite thing to watch on TV are sports, I love watching college softball as a former softball player and Formula 1 Racing (Go Mclaren!).

• I was on Nickelodeon in high school. I was featured on Nick News for a non-profit I work for called the Body Positive Alliance and I am in the process of starting a chapter here at UMD!

• I am a TYS alum! I took the program during the summer of 2020!

• I am the president of the Future Mathematics Teachers' Council here at UMD.

• I am currently doing research on campus that is focused on developing an app to make large math lectures more interactive for students.

• I love doing puzzles (just finished an 1,000 piece puzzle this summer)

• In my free time, I love making bracelets, necklaces and all kinds of accessories

I am studying Computer Science and Immersive Media Design, entering my senior year here at UMD. Currently, I am a government intern making web apps. Additionally, I am an on-campus supervisor for apartment service desks. When I grow up I want to make videogames, especially VR and educational games.

Some of my interests include art and writing, fashion and makeup, thrifting, interior design, alt rock music, and the boardgame Clue.

A fun fact about me is that I don't have my ears pierced (yet).

I'm a senior English major focusing on creative writing, and I just completed a minor in Japanese. Here are some fun facts about me:

• During the school year, I co-lead UMD's Creative Writing Club! My favorite genres are science fiction and fantasy, both for what I write and what I read. My favorite book is Gideon the Ninth!

• I've studied Japanese for nearly 9 years, and while I'm still not completely fluent, I can get by in most conversations.

• The picture above is me stepping on UMD's "Point of Failure", a spot with a superstition around it. If you step on it, you supposedly won't graduate on time - I seem to be doing fine, though.

• I love playing video games! My favorite game is Celeste, and I've also been playing a lot of Hades recently. Other favorites include Portal and Hi-Fi Rush.

I am a rising sophomore from Waldorf, MD, majoring in Environmental Science & Technology with a focus in Ecosystem Health. I am also in the Scholars Living-Learning Program (Civic Engagement for Social Good). Enjoy these fun facts about me:

• I enjoy acting, singing, dancing, and playing instruments (guitar, violin). The arts at UMD have been a great way to foster community and have some fun!

• I love to take time exploring the natural landscape, so much that I wrote about it on my college essay. Most recently I went to Mount Rainier National Park, a breath-taking place to visit!

• One of my favorite activities to do is visit the National Gallery of Art in D.C., which is absolutely free and absolutely worth it to see all the amazing portraits, sculptures, and exhibits!
