• Posters must be portrait, AO in size and printed in colour on a single sheet for ease of mounting to the poster boards.

• Create posters that are as professional and visually appealing as possible. e.g. using a font size that can be read from an arm’s length from the poster. It is not acceptable to post the pages of a research article in place of a poster.

• Poster presentations should include: 
  (a) introduction;
  (b) description of the method or technique used;
  (c) results obtained;
  (d) discussion of results;
  (e) conclusion/recommendation(s);
  (f) references;
  (g) acknowledgment of support - please ensure that you include details of funding bodies and relevant logo.

In-Person Poster Presentations:

• All poster presenters will be responsible for mounting and dismounting their own displays. If you cannot be in attendance, please ask a colleague or friend to display your poster for you.

• Velcro will be provided (no other adhesives may be used).

• All posters must remain on the designated poster board for the entire duration of the conference.

• Posters must be mounted on the poster board in Exam Hall, RCSI before 9am, on Thursday 19th February, and collected by 6pm on the same date.

• Please be available next to your poster during tea breaks and lunchtime to take questions.
