The water situation is extremely critical and its repercussions affect various sectors of life.  We find that the rates of water consumption exceed the rates of annual nutrition, and according to official figures, the per capita consumption of water is approximately 140 m³ per year, compared to about 4000 m-5000 m³ in developed countries.  One of the important reasons that led to the emergence of the water crisis in Jordan was the large increase in the population, which led to an increase in the demand for water, and the constant rise in temperature and the fluctuation of rainwater affected the amount of water.
