-A subjects participation in research should be voluntary and based on informed consent.
-Subjects should not be exposed to harmful or dangerous research procedures. 
-Dealing with children, you have to ask their parents instead of the kids.
-Subject's rights to privacy should never be violated.(confidentiality)
-Harmful or painful procedures imposed upon animals must be thoroughly justified in terms of the knowledge to be gained from the study.
