Reverend Warren Chambers was a known survivor of the Limetown panic, until being killed by a drunk driver at

63 years old. Chambers lived in a trailer and was interviewed by Lia. He claimed that Limetown was created to keep people in the dark. His role there was being a vet, who experimented and cared for a pig named Napoleon. He tested products to communicate with the brain of pigs. He eventually killed Napoleon after the pig had been traumatized.

Winona is a the first survivor of Limetown and gives Lia a call at 3:51 am to talk, and later meets up with her at a motel. She worked in a diner and also a janitor. Winona seemed to be a very forgetful person as she had a hard time recollecting that she even had contact with Lia. She claims to have to write things down in order to remember. Winona lived in house 27 in Limetown with a man and daughter, but both are missing. She is in search of her missing daughter.

Max Finlayson

Max Finlayson was a survivor of Limetown before he died. He had a background in neuroscience and moved to Limetown to change the world. His revolutionary tech became the ultimate cause of the panic in Limetown. He and Oscar had discovered patterns in the brain. This led to Max creating brain implants that allowed mind-to-mind communication, which was tested on people. He also gave himself the tech as a test. Once he gave his wife the tech that is when the panic broke.

Deadre Wells

Deadre Wells is the ex-wife of Max Finlayson. She met him in college at John Hopkins in 1997. They didn't really talk until they met formally at a party. After getting together and being with each other for a while, Max convinces her to move to Limetown with him. She herself wanted to receive the brain implant as a way to save their romantic relationship. Once she got it, this was the initial spark for the panic. The Old School revolted and the chosen ones went wild.

Terry Hilkens
