The chorus refers to the situation of dependence in which the victim of a toxic relationship is found. In my opinion the first stanza that Eminem sings is from the perspective of the possessive and violent person and means that he feels guilty for the way he treats his girlfriend. The second stanza, which Eminem also sings, speaks of how well the relationship works at the beginning. He also talks about the violence of these relationships. and the advice they receive about the damage that a toxic relationship does.
In the last stanza that Eminem sings is a phase of the abuse. In this phase the boyfriend apologizes but he knows that he will repeat his mistakes. And in my opinion it also reflects the possessive personality of the abuser.
