    • Investigating the subject area of courses that have been identified as a go. Reading through information gathered in the Q&A document (core resources, websites from stakeholder, government bodies so we know the frameworks we are operating in, etc).

    • Prepare storyboards for activity design workshops (working through the ideas and identifying which are best to further develop)

    • Create a development plan, agree release date

    • Create course specification document

    • Create and submit QA documentation

    • Support in contracting academic staff

    • Support in outlining marketing plan


    Outcome:

    Subject area outline (LD documentation), prepped storyboards, QA documents, development plan, course spec. doc.
