Li he sol·licitat descripció del projecte i pressupost.vull posar l'accent en la necessitat de beneficiar-nos de la Universitat amb el suport de la Diputació. Jo proposaria un contracte entre la UPV I l'Ajuntament de Moncada d'aquesta manera, amb l'ús de les tecnologies més avançades "garantir" el desplegament de l'Àrea de Participació i potenciar la participació ciutadana activa.Implica una decisió d'estratègia:la de gestionar les plataformes web a través del nostre Departament d'Informàtica o amb l'altra alternativa personal; en qualsevol de les dos opciones, ha de quedar molt clar i consolidat el treball permanent i exclusiu. No pot passar-me la desafortunada experiència anterior, treballar en va, fer i desfer: tindre un portal treballat per posteriorment, per raons injustificades, obviar-lo.Hem compartit també altres projectes molt interessant i profitosos que la UPV i Ajuntaments, com el de Llíria, porten endavant. Considere que hauries de conéixer-los.
