However, one downside to this product is the fact that if it is broken, it will be very difficult to fix the GPS, because it is not meant to be broken and we have already made sure that it would be nearly impossible to break, however if some problem did somehow occur, due to its design not to break, it would be difficult to interpret how any problems were to have been produced by the customer. For example, some fast food restaurants use a touchpad to order food and to pay for the food being bought. This is an example of artificial intelligence. Another example would be when you call a company, such as the newspaper company, the phone will be received by a customer service bot. The bot will ask a series of questions and if it can answer the questions, then it has done its job, but if it can't, then it will put you through to someone in customer service within the company. Artificial intelligence is also being used by everyone in the world today, such as video games and virtual support from siri and cortana in phones.

I read all about articles based on leadership in order to aid company leaders on how they should act in order to benefit the people in the environment as well as make the most profits for the company. I have been helping multiple companies such as Apple and Whole Foods in order to help their businesses prosper while taking into account the health of the environment. The "both/and" leadership section of the leader's guide to solving problems mostly talks about what a leader's mindset should be. A leader's mindset should be very flexible in order to benefit both the society and the company. Most leaders in companies take an either/or kind of mindset, where they believe that doing one thing is correct whereas the other is incorrect. However, this guide is saying that leaders must be able to change and adapt in order to make it so that both goals are met, rather than just one of the goals. For example, when you look at Whole Foods, all of their products are organic, so that the people get quality, healthy food. Because the products are organic, the prices are also slightly more expensive so that the company can make a profit as well. This kind of marketting is done by using the "both/and" leadership mindset so that both the environment as well as the company benefits.
