I have lots of hot-tempered staff here in my hotel. But as you grow, you'll realise the power of people interaction, you will find it better and when you come to the workplace, you will have to balance and compromise otherwise you will be isolated. The roles that involves least interaction with others, it would be  properly room management, but still have to connect with other partners, room reservations, managers etc. I think it's ok to be strong-minded or so but everything must be in control especially in hospitality.
