Everyone is not born into the same circumstances. Some are born into families that have disadvantages. Having the opportunity to go to school gives them a chance to change their circumstances. It helps them to get an education that will allow them a better future and provide them opportunities they would not have otherwise. They can be productive citizens, and this helps them break the chain that might hold them back of they did not have the same opportunity as others. We all benefit from education.

When it comes to equal opportunity, I think that is one of the most important things in school, and in life. Everyone should get a fair chance and this is something I will recognize when I am a teacher. If students do not have the same opportunities at an education because of race, religion, or ethnicity, some will never break their bad circumstances, and be successful in life.

I agree that having privacy for certain documents is important when it comes to protecting embarrassment or discrimination on personal information. How I will implement this in my classroom is when a student had confidential documents, I will not release that to other people. Also, if a student trusts me with coming to me with information, I will not release it unless I need to for legal or child
