3 ) How To Solve Guest Problem / Complaint ?

-          You must talk nicely and be polite with guest. Say sorry to guest and if you can’t solve the problem / complaint, refer and inform to your Superior or Operation Manager.

 

4 ) Responsibility GSA To Hotel Guests

-          Every single guest check-in in our hotel, responsibility GSA to take care of them. Don’t simply give guest detail or room number to outside people. If someone ask about hotel guest, you must explain to them  rules and regulation about hotel guests.
