Henry Morton Stanley is responsible for the 10 million deaths of Congolese people during the scramble for Africa. When Stanley first took part in the scramble for Africa, he was the one who actually created the scramble for Africa, Stanley created the scramble for Africa. Henry came to the Congo to benefit himself, he came out of selfishness. Henry should be held accountable for the deaths of congolese people due to the atrocities he committed of forcing people to hard labor, lying, and even not caring what happened to others if it didn't affect Henry.
