Hosted bar, should we exclude super premium?
Can servers pass drinks as ceremony ends? 
Can we have nice pitchers (sweet refillable bottles we can buy) of water and glasses on cocktail tables so people don't have to wait in line for water? 
Does the upstairs bar close after the cocktail hour? 
Should we open bar as people arrive and/or offer pitchers of lemonade and water? 
Want to make sure the bar uses glasses and not plastic cups. 
Is Saturday night booked? Can we contact family to potentially share lighting/flowers? 
Can they include votive candles for tables? 
How much is a champagne toast? 
1st course fruit as dessert with cake
Spinach salad - use mixed greens instead
1 pour of wine during dinner - can we select the wine?  
Friday welcome party at the lure - reserve upstairs? 
Guidance for tips - bartenders, servers, dj, etc? 
Do we need a day-of person?
