I actually use multiple intelligences and a lot of these same strategies/lessons (What am I good at and what do I like? what are my goals? What are my challenges? What makes me unique?) as part of my Career Education curriculum and it is always the first unit. The entire course is based on this self-awareness and I find it really helpful to unpack a lot of the negativity students have about their self-image.
