1)Losartan : Angiotensin II receptor antagonist (for HPT)

(↑ dose from 25mg to 50mg daily)

2)Bendroflumethazide : thiazide diuretics (for HPT)

3)Kapake : codeine phosphate + PCM (for chronic pain)

4)Lactulose : osmotic laxative (for constipation)

5)Gaviscon : sodium alginate + potassium bicarbonate (for oesophageal reflux due to hiatus hernia)

6)Ventolin : SABA (for asthma)

Drug-drug interaction

1) Losartan + Bendroflumethazide ( enhance hypotension effect)

Severity: Moderate

2) Ventolin + Bendroflumethazide ( enhance hypokalaemia)

Severity: Severe

2) Monitor plasma-potassium level

3) Monitor electrolyte level

4) Suggest CCB (eg. Amlodipine) as first line drug for HPT

[ CCB + Diuretics + ARB ]
