Step 2: The Bill is proposed

The Bill need representative to support or sponsor it.

Step 4: The Bill goes to Committee.

The Committee that is expert on the topic of the Bill will review, research, and revise the Bill. Then they will vote on the bill.

Step 3: The Bill is introduced.

The Bill is placed in a Hopper. The Bill is read aloud to the Representatives and the Speaker of the House send the Bill to a Committee.

Step 5: The Bill is reported

When the Committee approve the Bill, it is sent to the House floor.

Step 6: The Bill is debated.

Representative discuss the Bill why they agree or disagree. Then they recommend changes.

Step 7: The Bill is voted on.

There are 3 methods of voting:

1. Viva voice

2. Division

3. Recorded

If majority of Representative say yes then the Bill is certified by the Clerk of the House.

Step 8: The Bill is referred to the Senate.

The Bill is discussed in a Senate committee and then reported to the Senate floor to be voted on. If majority say yes then the Bill pass.

Step 9: The Bill is sent to the President.

The president have 3 choices:

1. Sign and pass the Bill

2. Refuse to sign or/and veto it.

3. Pocket veto. The Bill will automatically become a Bill after 10 days if Congress is in session.

Step 10: The Bill is law

I think that the Bill should pass because if someone own an armor that could protect them from anything then they might break the law and get away with it because they will be protect. It could get into the wrong hand and they might try to take over the world by making thousands more armor like it and built an unstopable army
