I am writing this letter to complain about the new smart phone which I bought from SHARAF DG in

City Center last week for BD 350 . I enclose copies of the guarantee and receipt .

In your advert you claim that it is of a high quality and has all the merits of other smart phones

Unfortunately, the smart phone has not performed well as expected. I am very disappointed and shocked to discover that it does not have the latest technology of smart phones . The battery runs out quickly. The back camera does not work well. The sound is rather low.

When I took the phone to SHARAF DG, the assistant refused to refund my money . He also said he

would not repair it. He was impolite and treated me in an unfriendly way as if it was my fault to have

bought it.

Therefore, I would like you to refund my money as soon as possible or replace it with another one of a high quality .

The advert on your online website gave the impression that the iPad Pro 11 -inch would be new and not used, but I was surprised that the iPad is already opened and damaged! I went to your store decided to buy the Apple MacBook Pro - 13 inch, silver color. I was really excited because I waited impatiently to collect money for the device. When I got home from the store, I opened the box and the surprise was that the color you gave it to me which is gold not the color I wanted. I won’t lie, I was disappointed but I decided that I would get up the next day and return this device for the store without touching it. The next day, I went to the store and I told them about the problem. They helped me and replace it and give me the right device.

The misfortune that I did not except was that when I put the MacBook in the garage it was not working! Literally the screen is black and did not open. I am really disappointed because the MacBook is too expensive. I am tired of the problems since it is not the first one.

For today's students, phone use has both positive and negative implications. There are several compelling arguments for allowing pupils to use cell phones at school.

Firstly, Students should be able to use their mobile devices in class for a variety of reasons, including the ability to check facts and obtain information. When explaining and debating ideas, this can be helpful.

Secondly, if several kids need a phone at the same time, how will kids communicate with their parents then? There may be instances where students plan to meet in other places. In that case, they will not be able to communicate using school phones. With their own phones, they are able to communicate with their parents quickly. In school, they can also use their phones as a calculator and dictionary.

Finally, allowing phones in school does not imply that children will be able to use them in any way. For instance, Teachers are unable to play games or make phone calls while teaching. For that, the school may implement new policies, such as requiring pupils to place their phones in front of them or giving their phones to teachers with respect.

In conclusion, Phones can be beneficial in school in a variety of ways. However, students must understand how to use them properly.

Nowadays Technology has become dominant in all matters and even education. In the past, the student used to use papers and books to study, but Now there is new technologies emerged for learning, such as laptops and tablets. In my opinion, we can’t do without books for study because they are better for the following reasons.

First of all, Papers and books do not harm the health of the body. Furthermore, Electronic devices affect the health of the student. Many students have poor eyesight and their backs and necks have been affected by using laptops.

Secondly, you will learn more if you use real books. For instance, Studies have shown that studying on paper increases focus which leads to high grades.

Lastly, Paper books contain less distractions. As a matter of fact, When you use electronic devices to study, you will be distracted by notifications and messages that will interrupt the study process.

In conclusion, Books are the basis of learning and benefit, and we cannot replace them with devices that have many harms.

Nowadays,Technology has become the center of our lives,so many countries have gone to use the portable tablets or laptops instead of the books to study.In my opinion،I refuse using electronic devices to study.

First of all,the electronic devices like a phone distract the students from studying.For example,When the students feels bored,they can watch a movie or series and they can talk whit people through social media like a Instagram or Whatsapp or Snapchat and this make students do not benefit from the lessons.

Secondly,Students' eyes are damaged by devices screens.When students watch the screens of devices for a long period of time, it will affect their eyesight negatively and maybe this devices gives students headaches.
