A: It possibly seems that the town in the painting is where the Boston Massacre occurred, according to the church building in the background.
We can review eye-witness accounts or quotes from townspeople.
3. Are the townspeople expecting Paul Revere, since some of the windows have their lights on?
A: Paul Revere was on a mission to warn his fellow trusted rebel's and they welcomed him but he was not necessarily expected
