The walt disney announced a deal to acquire&nbsp; Marvel Entertainment for $4.24 billion, with Marvel shareholders to receive $30 and approximately 0.745 Disney shares for each share of Marvel they own. Marvel is located in New York City in suite 1401 of the Empire State Building. Marvel is a cross media because they do tv shows, games, comics and all sort of media business.&nbsp;<br>Marvel is a big cross media because they have different platforms on different media like TV Shows, gaming, animation, comics and films and more.They get the help from The walt disney because The walt disney bought them so they help each other. It is beneficial for marvel because they have disney helping them.Cross media is important because they help each other to promote their product. Marvel competitors are Sega, Dc comics, stardoll, Ugo Entertainment and more but these are the top 5 ones on the list. The benefits of having competitors it makes marvel try harder to be on top and they know how successful they are getting. The disadvantages about having competitors is they can make money more than you and they try and take your audiences.<br><br></div>]]></description>

Following a highly publicised appeal for information on her whereabouts and intensive police enquiries, her body was discovered on 25 December 2010 in Failand, North&nbsp; Somerset.<br><br>Christopher Jefferies was arrested when Yeates, who rented a flat from him, was found dead on Christmas Day 2010. He was questioned for two days before being bailed by police and eliminated from the inquiry several months later. Vincent Tabak, who lived next door to Yeates in Bristol, was jailed for life in October 2011 after being convicted of her murder.<br>Christopher Jefferies ended up getting paid for them thinking he did the murder.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
