• Interactional level: what did you do/say, what did the other person do/say, how did you respond?

• Emotional/rational level: what did you feel at that moment, what did you think at that moment? how do you feel now?

• Managing your own tasks, workload, and experienced work-related stress

• Collaborating with colleagues, management, and the internship supervisor

• Working from the position of an intern

• Working with representatives of other disciplines

• Participating in and contributing to meetings and working groups

• Your own position in relation to the organization’s policy

• Your own position in relation to the organization’s role within social work and its broader societal positioning

• How do you look back on the meeting: thoughts, feelings? How do you want to use this in future situations?

• What was, for you, the core of the meeting?

• Which learning points were important / what new insights can you identify?

• Are there areas of learning you still need to explore, or do you already see an overarching learning process?

• What had you planned to do during your internship as a result of the previous supervision session?

• What did you actually do?

• How do you look back on the supervision session: what experience did it give you, what feeling, and what do you want to do with it in your current situation or carry forward into the future?

• How did the collaboration in the supervision go, and what was your role and that of the others in it?
