The more life expectancy in several societies, the more privilege people will receive.
First, it's believed that the aged is the source of wisdom. Elders are pioneers, they have lived before us which allows them experienced all aspects of life that the later generations has not ever gone through yet. Therefore, they are often able to consult younger ones to make their good decisions. Just like my 84-year-old grandmother who is an expert in cooking, I can always seek for her advices on cooking hacks to make a simple dish appetizing with less time for preparation.
Next, long-lived people contribute in labor force preventing short employees for the economy. In stead of retiring at the age of 55 for women and 60 for men, people still can work till they reach 65 or 70 years old. Many corporates in Vietnam accept or renew contracts with employees when they turn to the retirement age. It's the result of being uneasy to find a replacement.
In conclusion, when life expectancy is going up, it's really beneficial for many societies.
 - Disadvantages:
Although there are lots of advantages when life expectancy rises, some disadvantages are worth considering.
To begin, we have to admit that between elders and younger ones always have  a gap generation. Due to the differences of age, both sides hardly understand each other well then it will commonly lead to conflicts. For instant, I prefer my grandmother to enjoy supper ahead for I usually get home late after work. Yet, she does not want so and insist on waiting for me even she is already starve. I am pretty unpleasant about it.
In addition, people concern about the surge expenses spending on ministering the aged and that may become a burden on families' incomes. Family members will need to afford for health care, safeguarding services, ect for their grandparents while the government pension is just peanuts. Just imagine the average amount for primary needs of an elder  is the same with a baby in terms of food, diapers, baby sister plus weekly or monthly health care. It's really a drag for a middle-class family.

Living in a city is undoubtedly an advantage.
First, it is incredibly comfortable. Accessing to all the utility, accessories and facilities is just a piece of cake. My case will be an obvious example for this point. I was born in Ho Chi Minh City, the biggest and the most modern city in Vietnam. I have been provided the best education services, the most developed health care, the amazing and luxurious cuisine as well as the most fashionable clothes which people from the countryside or rural areas desire but they have to travel for long distant to obtain.
Second, city life creates several job opportunities. With its busy and splendor, it is always in need for employees to maintain and develop its high standards. More and more people flee to cities for careers seeking resulting populations in cities is often much higher than the countryside.
In conclusion, living in a city is really an ideal.
- Disadvantage:
City life is a night mare for some people for many disadvantages it draws.
Begin, living cost in a city is insanely more expensive than the other areas. The reason is a city is equipped with premium facilities,  professional services invested by a giant amount aim to satisfy citizens of it. Just look at a rental fee for a small room 25 metres square which will cost 4 millions VND in Tan Binh District in HCMC but costs only 2 millions in Binh Phuoc Province, two time expensive.
Moreover, life in a city is severely polluted. Most of cities have the highest populations leads to huge transportations usage and emissions. Studies showed that the quality of air in the city is red which means more than 70 percent of dust and carbon dioxide to the alarmed level in the air. In contrast, this percentage was record much lesser in the surrounding areas.
Conclusion, city has many issues relating to cost and pollutions that cause disadvantages for living here.

Playing sports are always joyful especially when they are contact ones. There are lots of advantages for playing them.
First, it is totally competitive when playing in a group. People are not only trained to master the skills but also practiced to win the activities or the contests. It’s obvious in soccer when players desire to win the game, they have to follow their competitors closely to obtain the ball then prevent it from being grabbed by opponents. Both players and spectalors will never find boring or sleepy because of such energy these sports offer.
Second, people are more engaged when doing contact sports. They need to pay attentions to others movements and responses in order to cooperate well in the process. Dancing is a typical example in this case. Dancers must totally focus on partners’ gestures and movements to deliver even and suitable dances as well as to be in harmony with each other to keep a performance  going.
In conclusion, contact sports are really interesting and inspiring for all people, even for those who are not fans of activities.
- Disadvantages:
Although participate in contact sports are really enjoyable, they throw some disadvantages that players need to be aware of.
From the beginning, people will easily get injured whilst playing these kinds of sports than others. In stead of doing the process by themselves, they have to fight against opponents to win the games. It’s noticeable in soccer which first aid is always prime and available for injuries treatment, and the number of yellow cards and red cards are used to fine for accidents caused in dealing with opponents have been increasing in every match.
Moreover, these sports will somehow be a chance for harassment. Being in close contact with each other may lead to inappropriate thoughts and deeds. This is the reason lanes are created in all public swimming pools to divide male and female swimming areas. 
In conclusion, with all opinions above, I am unable to deny that doing contact sports exist several disadvantages.

Living in a city is definitely comfortable and joyful.
First, it is totally convenient. Amenities and infrastructure are always good points if you are a citizen living in a metropolis. Ho Chi Minh City, the bustling and modern one in the south of Vietnam, is a perfect example. Public vehicles, parks, bookstores, restaurants, etc are right on my doorstep. Besides, the most advanced hospitals and best education services are the things rural areas still can not reach yet.
Second, a populous city creates many opportunities for employees who desire high-paid jobs. According to a research, most of young people in the countryside abandon their hometown to looking for a fortune in rural areas.
In conclusion, living in a city is really a good point.
