The animal rescues in this town try to save as many animals as they can (I know from experience). The animals that do go into a rescue receive the love and care they deserve. If a rescue gets a feral animal, they will try their hardest to help the animal, and if they can't, the last thing they want to do is put the animal down, but they might have to sometimes. For example, my mother owns Woofta Pet Shop and Bakken Paws Animal Rescue. One day, we received a call from State Ave Vet Clinic. Someone took their cats up for a checkup two days before and never came to get them. They had tried and tried to call the owners, they did not answer.
