         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>1) rounding decimals  is easy. All you need to do is to look beside the number you're rounding and if its 5 or higher then round up. So look at the .6 is it higher or lower than 5? Its higher than 5 so round up . So 7.69 rounds up to 8.</li></ul>]]></description>
