Based from my observation, right relationships can be seen within our school. It is in place towards most, if not, everyone included in the school because we practice respect and treat each person we encounter with such. Anyone is able to create right relationships. Start out by using the simplest methods possible. An example of this is approaching someone in need of assistance without expecting anything in return. This will help it make a good first impression and pave the road for a successful connection.

Reyes, Julianna | 10-Topaz GH

Right relationships include respecting the boundaries and rights of our schoolmates, as well as treating them as peers. On the other hand, opportunities could be events where students learn to work as a team, which will aid in educating that relationships include not being selfish. These activities include Intramurals or Camp out. As of now, I can help by raising awareness to my fellow students.

- D. Carroll / 10E / FV

Right relationships can be seen pretty much everywhere here in OBMC. From the wholesome interactions between student and guard, student and student, teacher and student and more, through this can we see these right relationships in place. There are many opportunities to create right relationships. One thing is that it particularly depends on the people involved that will affect the sort of relationship that will tie you and another. For me, the best opportunity to create a right relationship is at the first interaction or impression. After efficiently making use of that opportunity, there you can expect smoother sailing to creating your desired relationship. Anything you have done or could do to help? If necessary I would assist the person in need of help of course. But what could I do to help? As I elaborated before, it largely depends on the people involved and the situation set to motion.

>>Jared Gagni, 10-Ruby

Examples of right relationships within our school is the relationships between the teachers and the students. The teachers will approach you with professionalism and teach you important things you need to learn outside of school as well. So far I have not encountered a teacher in OB that was unprofessional or rude to their students, but if they do turn out to be rude all you need to do is tell them and they will discuss it with you like an adult would. Growing up I always knew that teachers were an important part of your life which is why it is crucial to get good teachers because they can influence you deeply.

-Kiefer 10A GH

So right relationships are where everyone and everything is connected and no one is left out. If I were to think of examples within my school and base it on what I see then I would say that the relationship between student and teacher is one. I mainly say this due to the possible need for students and teachers to be connected for a possibly fruitful or more fruitful learning. Also, if I were to place myself in their shoes I think I would feel the obligation to try and connect to my students and this is also why I chose the example.

If I were to think of an opportunity to create right relationships, the most I can think of is to interact with people when you think you are able to and if they are available.

I can't really think of anything that I may have done or can do to help when it comes to creating right relationships.

Personally, 'right relationships' are when people are connected with each other and they try to help one another. One example of this is teachers and students. Teachers teach lessons and even give advice. We learn from their experience. Teachers also learn from student's stories. However, one opportunity to create right relationships is the relationships between students. There are outcasts and one thing we should is talk to them, learn their stories, and make them feel less alone.

-Langitan, 10S

In my school, the relationship between students and teachers could be considered examples of "right relationships" because they learn from each other on a daily basis. Furthermore, the students in my school also have a healthy relationship because we are not taught to compete with each other. We are, instead, regarded as equals and encouraged to help each other, especially during our intermediate years. I remember our lessons about leadership, and how important it is to be a good listener even as aspiring leaders. I also recall our activities in CASA where we were taught to complete the 'cycle of work' as a class.

-Paula Polloso (FV, 10-Ruby)

For me, an example of "right relationships" would be between you and your friends, they are there to help with your activities or any other things if needed. The right opportunity to create the right relationships would be whenever. This is because you can never really rush a process like building relationships and everything takes time in order to strengthen it properly. In short, just take your time when trying to befriend anyone since you are strangers to one another.

The right relationship that happened at school is making friends. When I was still attending sessions with the guidance councelor, she told me that I had to make friends. Well, I did make friends with 3 or 2 boys I think, but then we've barely spoke to each other afterwards since 6th grade . Well I wasn't able to make any new froends since I didn't have a topic to think of because I was still hesitant in trying some things at that time. Then during the first onsite class this school year. I've finally got to think of a topic I can talk to with someone, and we became friends.
-Carlos Montaño

Well personally I wouldn't really say "right relationships" because there could be nothing as such because it takes years to build trust over any relationships but it takes seconds to destroy one but if there would be such a thing a right relationships I would still not choose anything within school because I've always kept that barrier between things it's just that respecting each others opinions and considerations would be considered having good relations with all the people around you but never got that close with any of my friends in school that I could consider something as right relationship and tell all my secrets nope that's not how things work in life For me right relationships could be created with family only this is just my perspective actually teens these days prefer to tell their school friends what their going through but if ever u try to tell your family they say they don't understand me but because of that many problems arise first would be the understanding many factors does effect it for sure but something that really does help ease our mind is trying to be more comfortable with family members .

OBMC 10-R, BAJWA,SA

The "right relationships" seen in school are when we are able to talk and share our thoughts with our teachers. When we can talk to them just like a friend, I really feel that the relationships established in school is "right." I will really be honest, I am so happy to have amazing teachers in school who takes good care of us and who approaches us like a friend.

An opportunity to create right relationships is to become the good person. Sometimes we long to have the right friend and there is nothing wrong with it. But while we are waiting for the right friend, let's also try to become the right friend as well. Let us do our part to become the good friend that everyonne would want to have. Be the good and right friend for others today! If we see someone in school feeling lonely, we can talk to them and build relationships from there. The small things actually matter to these people. Just simply talking to them and conversing with them is already a big game changer in their lives.

Bolaños, 10A

I think I know 2 right relationships already in place in school. The relationship between students and students as well as students and teachers. Students and Teachers have a greater connection when both of them interact during discussion sharing ideas and opinions to one another. Another is student and student. They can interact with one another during schools and when they are seated together. moreover, they can create right relationships by starting casual conversations and group works. An opportunity to create good and right relationships is to start a conversation with new people and start talking to them. That is how you will do a great relationship with them by sharing ideas and opinions to one another.

Within my school I think that "right relationships" can be built by building a bond with the students around you. They could become your friends who are responsible, and trustworthy because they can give good opinions and advice whenever you need them. They can also put you in a good environment that is safe for you to be in. Interacting with other people is an opportunity to create right relationships. I could help the person and guide them in these.

- Camora, 10A GH

For me, my example of “right relationships” in OB is that even if we do not know each other for that long yet, we’re ready to help each other when one’s in need. When there are new students or transferees, we’d approach them to make them feel comfortable and welcome. Another example would be having someone or some people to tell stories and life to especially when things get hard. There’s no toxicity and judgement, just pure and genuine intentions towards each other. Whenever you see someone you haven’t talked to is an opportunity to create right relationships. You get to know how they are like as a person and you get to see if they’re good to be with. - Mencias, 10 Amethyst GH

Once you go inside the school, you are able to feel connected with everyone because of the healthy and friendly environment. You can ask anyone for assistance and help, even to the guards. In classrooms, the students are able to connect as a whole — as well with the teachers. Anytime is an opportunity to create right relationships. It is natural for us to want a good environment for all, thus we will do our best to make everyone feel included. From this, we could say that the school does not fail to provide an open and healthy environment for students to form the "right relationships", wherein we are always helping and making sure we are there for one another. I think the best opportunity to create the "right relationships" is when a safe and friendly environment is present. As much as possible, I want to be part of this environment, so whenever I interact with new people, I try my best to form friendships with them.

- Maxinne Macairan, 10-Onyx

For me examples of right relationships that is already in place is A supportive and inclusive learning environment that values diversity and promotes understanding and empathy among students which can be seen in our school due teachers actually caring about our mental health and of course doing anything in their power to make sure there students never fail and pass their requirements in time. Schools can help create "right relationships" by implementing policies and practices that encourage positive interactions and promote understanding and empathy among students. This could include things like teacher training, student-led initiatives, and inclusive curricula that teach social and emotional skills. Additionally, schools can encourage students to take an active role in building a positive and inclusive school community, for example, by providing opportunities for student leadership and peer mentorship programs.

-migo 10-Emerald

An opportunity to create the right relationships is sometimes you should try to initiate conversations or make the first move. Complimenting your schoolmates, being appreciative of your teachers' hard work, and greeting the other staff, these small gestures will all make their day.

Respect is an important factor in a relationship, and I believe that in my school, we are able to establish that, which is why there are many examples of "right relationships." Respect is usually found in relationships between students due to being able to respect each other despite differences. Another example of a "right relationship" is those that happen between students and teachers, as though they may be a wall between them, it does not stop them to have a friendly relationship that is purely based on trust, honesty, and respect. And lastly, a "right relationship" within my school is between the students and the school staff, wherein students would usually greet the staff whenever they meet them with a happy face. I do believe that anytime is an opportunity to create right relationships, and in school, anytime includes joining clubs. As I have said, respect is an important factor in relationships, and therefore, being respectful and kind to others are needed to create right relationships. And we can show this off by simply starting a conversation or greeting each other.

- Mary Alerta [AN 10-Ruby]

An example of "right relationships" are the relationships between students, between teachers and, to an extent, even school staff. It is never an issue to also befriend and trust the staff around you, who help run and protect the school. An opportunity to create right relationships are everywhere at anytime. You have the opportunity to talk to others and create bonds. It's always there. I could help by talking to others and improving the bonds between students and even teachers.

R.D.

10-S

"Right relationships" are any relationships that are highly mutual, in the case of relationships that are confined within school, most between teachers and students are the best example as both teachers and students would learn from on another despite the variation difference. Not only should we practice these relationships within our classroom but we should also practice them outside, as the outside is the real test for the quality of these relationships. As such, communication is the only way to resolve and to help keep these relationships in tact.

AN 10-RUBY Pineda, S
