Plickers is an online technology that allows educators to create their own flashcards for their students. Teachers can create their different classrooms and different sets of cards. The flashcards can have Youtube videos, pictures, music, etc.
How Plickers works is each student has their own number and a printed Plickers card that is unique to each student. Teachers will display the online flashcards they created to the class, controlling it with the mobile app. Students will use their Plickers card to answer, which should be scanned by the teacher. 
This technology allows teachers to be creative and specific to each class with a set of flashcards. After scanning their answers, they are also able to see all the data from each class. It is beneficial to a teacher because of how they can easily target or focus on something a specific class might need.
