Through the means of the technology from uber, I am planning to make a bus Tracker which allows for efficient child tracking and communication at the same time.

Product: RFID scanner combined with an application to track school buses to ensure safety of the children. This app will also consist of access to emergency services and direct contact with the bus driver and assistant. It will allow the parents to track the school bus by the means of Bluetooth and WiFi which will correspond to the device simultaneously.

Target audience: My target audience for this product is definitely bius contraracters as they are the ones that supply the schools with the buses. A case study in DIA suggests that DIA has 25 busses and 20 seats in each bus is occupied. As a parent of a toddler, in especially the younger years, it is important to ensure their safety at all times which is why the target audience would primarily be schools. However, I will be open to expand the business out to car rental companies taking into consideration the liabilities and issues that may come along the way.

Details: The details of this product include the fact that it will allow full tracking between the child and parent as long as the student has boarded the bus. Another detail of this product would be the fact that it allows the parent to access emergency services in the rare case of an emergency or accident on the bus. The app will also allow for the bus driver to send ping messages to the parents such as traffic problems or another accident because of which they have been delayed. Expenditure options would include car rental companies as said before like thrifty. Legal obligations would however force the company to place restrictions on the time and place of tracking. The app will helps these companies by allowing the company to track their rented car before and after return. It will also allow easy maintenance but because of privacy issues, the above rules will need to be followed. My product is a "Book Bin". When someone is not in need of a book or wishes to donate it but cannot as it is damaged, or normal school textbooks or copybooks that they do not need, instead of throwing it away they can throw it into the Book Bin. Normally when you throw something away it ends up in a trash pile which is bad for the environment, or when a publishing company makes a mistake or their goods are damaged instead of shredding them the book bin converts the damaged paper into new paper that can be used for other books. This is cost effective for the publishing companies and better for the conservation of trees.
