Ingredients:
1 pineapple
2 carrots
1 and ½ cups of sugar
1 cinnamon stick
2 cloves
1 hour

Preparation:

-The pineapple is peeled, cut into small pieces, the carrot is grated and boiled together with sugar and spices until it dries well and becomes a thick syrup.

-Then it is allowed to cool and the balls are made by joining both elements (pineapple and carrot), they are added to the syrup and served.
