An argument escalated with the groups and lead to violence. This event became a rallying point leading up to the American Revolution.</p>]]></description>

The colonists became angry because they still had no representation in the British government. So the colonists boarded British ships and dumped 343 chests of tea into the harbor causing the government to get mad leading to harsh punishments aka the Intolerable Acts.</p>]]></description>

The pamphlet argued that it was only logical for them to seek for their own independence. The pamphlet had a huge impact and inspired many colonists, which leaded to the declaration of independence later in the year.</p>]]></description>

They came to the sense that they need to declare their own independence. The declaration stated they needed to break free and then after they declared their independence they were free of British rule and united to make what we know now the United States.</p>]]></description>
