"Nine Cases of Sherlock Holmes" by Arthur Conan Doyle; Alexandra Ivanova, 12zh

✨I would go out on a date with Sherlock Holmes. Well, who wouldn't? He is a lovable man, a formidable genius, and the only one who would surely solve the riddle of a woman's heart.

✨We met in a cafe on 'Baker Street'. He had come with Dr. Watson, and they were talking passionately about yet another mystery. I served them the coffee, but accidentally stumbled and spilled it on the morning paper Holmes was reading. I apologized and asked that it be on me.

✨Later that evening I got a call. I don't know how or where Holmes found my phone, but he's still the best detective at Scotland Yard and ever.

The next day I met him. I thought it was a date, but it turned out to be something else. My cousin Michael was involved in the murder of a man, on Valentine's Day, and now he was questioning me!

"Mr Sherlock, I swear I was on shift at the cafe at that time and I don't know anything about it."

"Are you sure? Because one of my colleagues saw you arguing a few days ago..."

I sighed and admitted:

"He loved me and was very jealous, but for me this is madness! How are you even sure he's guilty?"

"The murdered man was tied tightly so only a sailor could have done it, for example Michael, and the victim is also your regular customer.

                                   ...

✨But we met a few more times. Once because of the murder, another time because I was threatened by Michael's friends, and also because he invited me to his place - "221B Baker Street". This made us close and after all, I got my date - he greeted me with a bouquet of roses and invited me into his apartment! We had dinner, and then he played his violin (Stradivarius) just for me. Finally, I listened to his stories about the the crime cases he had solved and we smoked a pipe.

✨We are suitable for each other, because he is cold, mysterious and a genius, and I - kind, curious and lively.

Sherlock continued with his detective work and I was writing his stories for my future book.

The secret behind a criminal’s heart (Maria Todorova 12e); featuring Kaz Brekker from ''Six of Crows'' by Leigh Bardugo

Kaz Brekker wasn’t your ordinary man.

No one in this city was.

Yet, as I watched him enter the crowded, dark inn, situated in Ketterdam’s most crime-ridden district, I started to realize that he was different from the rest of the people in the city. There was something in the way he walked so confidently amongst all those unscrupulous assassins and thieves without even glancing at them, like a king among a flock of sheep, that couldn’t stay unnoticed…

And then, just like that, he was pulling up a chair across from me, taking a seat at the table I was sitting at. I couldn’t believe it. It was the famous Dirty hands himself. The best criminal this town had ever seen.

‘’The Forgotten tigress?’’ he asked, calling me by my nickname.

  I smiled at him.

  ‘’The one and only.’’

  ‘’Do you have the Ruby?’’

‘’Only if you have the money.’’

He leaned towards me, lowering his voice to a whisper.

‘’Meet me at midnight on Black Veil Island.’’

My heart was racing rapidly as I watched him leave. No one had ever warned me that the most skilled criminal of Ketterdam was so handsome.

                              ✩✩✩

When I had counted the last coin, I nodded in satisfaction to Kaz and slipped the purse into my coat pocket.

‘’Well, I guess everything is settled then,’’ I said.

‘’Wait!’’ he stopped me just as I was about to leave.

  ‘’What?’’

‘’I just thought that now that we have made the exchange, we could… walk around the island together?’’

I looked at him, trying to figure out the real motive behind his invitation. He was really handsome though, with his dark hair and angular features, and I was very curious to learn more about the mystery surrounding him, so I accepted his offer.

We walked together around the island for a couple of hours, talking about our biggest fears and sharing secrets about our past that nobody else knew. In general, I didn’t trust strangers that easily, but there was something special about him that told me I could open my soul to him. Never had I ever recognised myself so much in someone else before.

‘’This is beginning to look more and more like a date,’’ I said when he gave me a dark red rose from one of the rose bushes on the island, stating that it reminded him of me.

  He shrugged.

‘’Maybe that is exactly what it is.’’

  And then the ship came.

Before I could realise what was happening, a group of men and women surrounded me, tying me with thick ropes. I looked at them, trying to hide my surprise. Pirates. The ones that I was known to have stolen from once.

‘’You are coming with us, Tigress,’’ one of the men said as he took me aboard the ship. He turned to Kaz. ‘’The Wraith has already been returned home, Mr. Brekker.’’

The Wraith. That was how everybody called the girl that was working with Kaz. The girl about whom people rumored he had a soft spot for.

‘’You betrayed me?’’ I screamed in anger.

Kaz’s black eyes looked right at me.

  ‘’Are you really that surprised?’’

‘’So everything was a lie then? The date, the shared secrets, the money?’’

  He laughed at me.

‘’Do you really think I would have opened up myself so much to someone I have met just a few hours ago?’’

‘’We could have tried to find another way to help your friend!’’

‘’There was no other way.’’ He sighed deeply. ‘’This is the secret behind a criminal's heart. When someone we care about is in danger, we are ready to do anything it takes to get them back to us. And now, with that ruby you gave me, I would be able to free my other friends, too.’’

‘’I hate you, Kaz Brekker!’’ I screamed at him as the ship started to set sail.

Then, when we were already far away from Ketterdam, the pirates cut the ropes they had tied me with. And I began to laugh.

For everything was going according to plan.

Kaz Brekker had betrayed me. But there was no problem because I had betrayed him too.

Little did he know that this ship was actually mine. And that I had just used him to help me escape from all the enemies I had made in this town.

Oh, and that shiny ruby I gave him…

Of course that it was a fake one.

A romantic date with Thomas Shelby from "Peaky Blinders" by Carl Chinn(Ivelina 11g)

I would go on a romantic date with Thomas Shelby, who is the main character in the "Peaky Blinders" series of books in which he commands the British mob in Birmingham.

Our date begins in one of the cafes where he and his brothers Arthur and John gather to discuss their future plans. He takes me there to introduce me to them and tell them that he is busy tonight and will not be able to participate in the council that will take place. He then takes me to a rather fancy restaurant that I have never seen. It turns out that this restaurant is secret and only for mob bosses. The atmosphere is very pleasant and romantic. The whole restaurant is lit only with scented candles and there is a pianist who plays and sings slow and romantic

songs. After we order he tells me about his family and how much they love each other and also about the risk I'm taking going out with him because we all know who he is and how many people want him dead. The evening goes very well and after we leave the restaurant, he sends me home, kisses me goodbye and leaves.

Every moon needs its stars (Gabriela Zhecheva, 11g); featuring young Remus Lupin from Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix by J.K. Rowling

Ugh, why do I have to be so stupidly in love?

The worst part of it all was that I didn’t simply have a crush on Remus Lupin; I was head over heels for him, almost repulsively so. At Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, we had the same extracurriculars and were in the same year so I saw him almost daily. I would even go as far as to say that we were good friends. Whenever he wasn’t surrounded by his little group of mates, who called themselves the Marauders, I would try to talk with him or get as close as possible. He was a great listener; had a brilliant taste in literature; had a passion for learning, and his wit always made me laugh. On top of all that, he was handsome with his soft hair, lean physique and kind smile. However, no matter who I asked or how many times I’ve tried to eavesdrop on conversations, no rumor of him fancying anyone ever surfaced. Even once during dinner he mentioned how he wasn’t interested in relationships of any kind. Yet, there I was, making heart eyes at him and he didn’t even look my way.

***

Since the O.W.L. exams were only a month away, Remus and I made plans to study together in the library tonight. When I got there, it was already dark and empty apart from the students who were preparing for the upcoming exams or those who had fallen asleep while doing so. My gaze had shifted away momentarily to look at the vast collection of ancient books, collecting dust on the shelves when I bumped into a hard chest and nearly fell back on the cold tiled floor. I heard my name being called out in a teasing and amused tone just as I looked up to see who it was. The boy was slightly taller with long jet black hair and sharp grey eyes gazing down at me. Sirius Black.

I murmured a small greeting before walking past him to leave. Not that he was mean to me or anything, but I did find him slightly frustrating with his sometimes egotistical attitude, much like James Potter, whom he was best mates with. Both of them would strut around Hogwarts like they owned the place. It was infuriating.

Before I walked too far, however, I heard him call out after me in his signature playful tone.

“Give Moony my best wishes when you see him, dear.”

Before I could answer, Sirius had already left. Who was Moony?

***

An hour into my study session with Remus I started to get fidgety and would glance at him from across the table. His fingers were tangled in his hair as he read over notes and murmured to himself. Should I ask him something? Would he find it annoying? I shouldn’t break his concentration, right? Was this actually a date and I just didn’t know it?

He did offer me some chocolate when I came in and asked if I had finished reading the book he had recommended to me last week, giving me his full attention when I started to comment on it and sitting closer to me so he could hear me better; but that was nothing. He did that with everybody. I think…

“So… I walked into Sirius while coming here. He said to give his best wishes to Moony”

Remus rolled his eyes at the mention of Sirius but smirked.

“Did he now?”

“Yes, I just don’t know who Moony is to be honest”

“You are not supposed to.”

His tone suddenly changed from slightly amused to defensive, almost like I had asked too many questions about something private, like he didn’t even want me to be there anymore.

Ouch.

I went quiet and nodded mutely before looking down at my notes. Remus was a kind but very private soul. He actively avoided talking about his past, his family, and especially his scars. There was a rumor around the school that he was a lycanthrope but nobody dared to ask him. I understood why he was so private but that didn’t mean it didn’t hurt when he cut me off so harshly.

To my surprise, after a few minutes I heard him shift slightly closer to me and sigh.

“It’s me… Moony is a stupid nickname Sirius gave me.”

His tone was softer again, apologetic. A beat of silence passed before an odd kind of bravery came over me which caused me to speak up.

“Does it have anything to do with your scars?”

The sharp look and dismissive scoff was replaced by… a tired and almost pained smile.

“In a way, yes. I don’t like to talk about them, though. They are... wicked”

The moment I heard that, my eyebrows furrowed. Remus could never be wicked in my eyes.

“Well, there is beauty in everything, including your scars.”

My words held such conviction that Remus looked straight at me with what I could see was amazement and awe in his eyes.

“How so?”

Almost without thinking I grabbed my quill along with Remus’s hand. Scars of all shapes and sizes covered it. I murmured a soft question of permission, to which he nodded almost mindlessly. Before he could protest, I started drawing little stars around each scar he had from the tips of his fingers all the way to his elbow and he did not stop me but just watched. The way his ears and cheeks grew crimson, and his breathing sped up made me smile. When I finished, I looked up at him.

“See? Like the moon, you just needed your stars. Now the name Moony makes more sense, no?”

For a long moment Remus was almost in a trance-like state, looking down at his hand like he was seeing it for the first time. Did he really not see how pretty he was?

“You”

His voice breathy and raw with emotion now.

“Excuse me?...’’

He leaned in.

“You are my stars”

And with that, he pressed his lips to mine.

The blond excepton; featuring Aaron Warner from "Shatter me" by Tahereh Mafi (Veselina Radieva, 12zh)

I wouldn't say that Aaron Warner, chief commander of Sector 45, is my type (I've always preferred dark-haired guys). That's why I was not worried about our upcoming business dinner, because he couldn't weaken me. Of course, before I wet, I had to prepare. The point is that nothing could be found out about Mr. Warner except the obvious information - whose son he is and whose inheritance he is running from. That's why I felt a certain curiosity about him and I would love to know more about a mysterious person like himself.

So, after the little information was collected, I started preparing for the meeting. I put on a black evening dress, high heels and red lipstick and was ready just in time. Our dinner was at one of the best restaurants in his sector - on the roof of the skyscraper. Mr. Warner, like a true host, had ordered a car to take me. When I arrived, we greeted each other, said all the necessary and not so necessary polite words. He then pulled my chair out before I sat down like a true gentleman. We ordered a bottle of wine and a few dishes and then got down to business. Everyone stated their expectations for reaching an agreement and signing a contract and it was time for negotiations. However, here things started to take an unexpected turn...

In order to find each other's weak spot, we started having a personal conversation and soon after that we completely forgot about the business part. We talked about the lives of young sector chiefs and found how many common battles we fought to keep our positions. We talked about building strong characters, training and the necessary isolation from the crowd. We found a lot in common and smoothly got to our hobbies and interests. It turned out that we both loved to read and had a huge interest in fantasy books, in which we find great comfort and hope for a better future. Time passed really fast - as if hours turned into minutes.

At the end of the night when we got to the desserts, there was no progress with the intersectoral contract. When I brought up the subject, it was as if we both realized what had happened and at the same time we didn't want to go back to business. We agreed to go out again tomorrow night when we'd try to finalize things, and tonight we ended up having a nice conversation and I'd say a little bit of the mystery around him was revealed.

And here is the moment to admit that I would gladly be something more with this person, because he is a nice gentleman in whom I find parts of myself in him (his way of thinking, charisma and strong character are a lot like mine) and at the same time I know that I still have a lot of layers to explore. And most unexpected of all, he's the only exception to my brown-haired boy preference.

When he arrived in his fancy car, we went to a cool jazz club and had drinks while listening to music. Gatsby told me stories about his extravagant parties and his dreams.

Afterwards, we walked by the river and talked about love and dreams. I felt a connection with Gatsby, even though he seemed sad sometimes.

Once upon a time, I decided to go on a date with Harry Potter. He was my favorite character from the books I had read, and I thought he would be the perfect date.

I met Harry at a magical cafe in Diagon Alley. We talked about our favorite spells and shared stories about our adventures. Harry told me about his time at Hogwarts and I was amazed by all the things he had seen and done.

After our coffee, we decided to take a walk around Hogsmeade. We visited Honeydukes and picked out some sweets to share. We laughed and joked as we wandered through the village, taking in the sights and sounds of the wizarding world.

As the sun began to set, Harry suggested we go for a ride on his Firebolt broomstick. I was nervous at first, but Harry assured me that he would keep me safe. We soared through the sky, the wind in our hair and the stars above us.

As we landed back in Diagon Alley, I realized that I had never felt so alive. Harry had shown me a world of magic and wonder, and I was grateful for the experience. We said our goodbyes with a promise to meet again soon.

That night, I couldn't stop thinking about Harry and our amazing date. I knew that our relationship would only grow stronger as we continued to explore the wizarding world together. Harry Potter had captured my heart, and I couldn't wait to see where our adventures would take us next.

In the big city of New York, lights sparkled bright like jewels as I waited outside a fancy house for my date-Jay Gatsby. I wore my best clothes and felt excited and a little nervous.

Soon, a fancy car stopped, and out stepped Jay, looking sharp in his nice suit. He smiled at me, and I felt drawn to him right away.

Our night started with a tour of the city. Jay took me to cool clubs and secret bars where we danced to jazz music. We talked about our pasts, our dreams, and what we wanted in life. I found Jay fascinating. He seemed so suave and cool, but I could tell there was something sad about him too. He told me about his love for a woman named Daisy, and it made me feel sorry for him.

But just when things seemed perfect, trouble found us. Jay's past came back to haunt him when a man named Tom showed up. He was Daisy's husband and he caused a scene, making Jay upset. At that moment, I stood by Jay's side. Even though our night had been fancy and fun, it was in that tough moment that I felt closest to him.

When we said goodbye later, I knew our time together had changed me. I may never understand everything about Jay, but I was glad for the chance to see into his world and feel a connection with him.

A romantic date with Edward Cullen from Twilight by Stephenie Meyer (Ralitsa Racheva 12e)

I would go on a romantic date with Edward Cullen from Stephenie Meyer’s book series Twilight. He is one of the main male characters in the novel series. And the most interesting thing about him is that he is a vampire.

I had met Edward at my high school where he also goes with his siblings. At first sight we had a special connection and I was fascinated by his beauty. We had had a few classes together and one day out of nowhere he asked me on a date. I was stunned as I didn’t expect him to ask me out. He told me it would be a surprise and he would pick me up from my house. However, I didn't know that he already knew where I live.

I imagined our first date being in a mysterious dark forest where no humans went because of scary stories. And my expectations were more or less identical. He picked me up in his red car and we drove to a big meadow. We didn’t say a word to each other during the ride. Later, I would find out where this meadow led to.

When we got out of the car he took out a big picnic basket. Clearly he had prepared to have picnic in the forest. We had been walking for 5 minutes or so until we came across a path that led to trees that resembled an arch that revealed the beautiful forest to us. We stumbled across a lawn with a beautiful lake. The view was magnificent. We spread out a blanket and all the delicious goodness he had brought. We talked for hours. At one point I leaned on him and his eyes were staring right into mine. I was flabbergasted. I hadn’t imagined someone as beautiful as him would fall in love with me. I had butterflies in my stomach every time we crossed glances. We talked about everything. I didn’t even realise that it was already dark. He told me that it was time to take me home. I didn’t want to leave. I wanted to be with him forever. He made me feel safe. However, I couldn’t contradict him so I obeyed.

At the end of our date he kissed me on the forehead. For a moment I closed my eyes and when I opened them he was gone, as if he'd vanished from this earth and we hadn’t even had a date.

That was the most romantic day of my life. I couldn’t sleep all night. All I could think about was him and when I would see him again.

An unexpected date (Desislava Dimitrova 12e) featuring Thomas from “The Maze runner” by James Dashner

I was a waitress at a fancy restaurant in the centre of New York. As every other evening, I was serving the clients and everything was alright, until Thomas walked in with a couple of his friends from his adventure in the Maze. The moment I realised it was him, I became speechless. I'd had the biggest crush on him for a long time and when I had an opportunity like this, I couldn’t miss it.

I walked over to their table and began with my kind welcoming. And when I tell you we gazed at each other for a long time, you wouldn’t believe me. I realised that I was beginning to blush so hard, but at that very moment Tom smiled at me and asked what I would recommend to him from the menu. I picked my favourite - Spaghetti Carbonara, of course, and he agreed kindly.

After his friends ordered too I headed for the bar. I took a big breath and still couldn’t believe that this was happening to me. When I served them, we our eyes met again. I could melt in his big lovely brown eyes. At the end of the dinner he asked me for my number and I couldn’t get more excited. And that’s how we met with the amazing Tom.

*** another evening

It was a chilly evening when I received an unexpected invitation. The sender was Tom. I was intrigued and excited, but also a bit nervous. After all, Tom was known for his courage and intelligence, and I didn't want to disappoint him.

The invitation was simple and direct: "Join me at the finest bar in the city. I have a lot to tell you." There was no return address, but I knew it was from Tom. I had read about his adventures in the Maze, and I couldn't wait to hear more.

I arrived at the designated meeting spot. As I walked in, I spotted Tom sitting at a table near the window, his eyes scanning the room.

I approached him, and he stood up to greet me with a warm smile. "It's good to see you," he said, his voice calm and reassuring. We sat down and ordered our drinks, and soon we were engrossed in conversation.

Tom was a great storyteller, and he entertained me with tales of his adventures in the Maze and beyond. He spoke passionately about his friends and the challenges they faced together. I listened intently, hanging on to his every word.

As the evening wore on, I found myself feeling more and more comfortable in Tom's presence. He was kind and attentive, and he made me laugh with his witty remarks. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed his company.

When it was time to leave, Tom walked me to my car. He thanked me for coming and said he would love to meet again like that. I smiled and told him I did too. As I drove home, I couldn't help but think about the amazing evening I had just experienced.

I didn't know what the future held for Tom and me, but one thing was for sure – I would never forget our fantastic date.

A date with Jace Wayland "City of bones" (Maya Ivanova 12e)

I couldn't believe it. This wasn't planned at all but I secretly enjoyed it. I was sitting next to Jace Wayland, one of the best Shadowhunters ever. Not that he needs any more of an ego boost.
We met in New York, where my family and I had recently settled. At first, we argued a lot due to his teasing about my Shadowhunter abilities, but I saw his kind side over time. I slowly started to realize how much I actually liked him. And he liked me too. However neither of us was going to swallow our pride and admit it. That is why our friends set us up for a date, which turned out to be just us in a café. I was so confused when I saw he was the only one sitting at the table. When I checked my massages there was only one from Isabelle which said "You can thank me later ;)". It was either going to be a disaster or the start of something new. Despite the confusion, we decided that we might as well just keep the date going. As we talked, I couldn't help but notice his attractive features. His deep eyes and his prominent cheekbones making his face even manlier. The way his golden hair would shine in the sunlight making him look almost angelic. Jace, who is usually pretty confident, seemed a bit nervous this time. After some conversation, he stood up and told me he had a surprise. When had he even planned it?
He took me to the Greenhouse in The New York Institute, where some shadowhunters lived. It was beautiful, with butterflies and fireflies adding to the enchantment. The flowers were blooming and the rays of sunshine made it seem almost magical. Jace was staring at me. I could see a sparkle in his eyes. He got closer and kissed me. Not only where there butterflies around us, now there where butterflies in my stomach as well. We ended up stargazing and talking until midnight. This was in fact the start of something new...

I chose the character to go on a date with to be Antony from The Barrier. Antony is a film score composer and expert in every way, but his only drawback is that he can't fly. Our meeting begins in a cafe where we talk about music, movies and books. He smokes his cigarette dreamily, his blue eyes looking through the glass of the waterfront bar. We decide to walk on the sea sand, and the waves are so loud that I can't even hear my thoughts. I want to teach him to fly, as I sometimes fly. I make him close his eyes and raise his head to the sun, and I lightly touch the back of his head with my left hand. My hand is icy, but this gives the feeling of weightlessness, of "flying" in the sky.

I close my eyes too, we must really be over the sea, we must really be flying. Our hands are holding, and I want to stop time, stop the waves of the sea, I can no longer hear people.

At first I ignored her because I thought she just wanted to order something so I sent my colleague away because she was at his table. And I was right she wanted to order extra coffee.

Some time passed and she kept smiling at me and this time she called me to the table. She wanted to meet me and we talked.

Soon I was going out on my lunch break, so I suggested that she stay with me to get to know each other and she agreed. Our time was limited and we went for a quick bite to eat because I had to get back to work. Still, she turned out to be quite a good and kind girl.

I couldn't believe how I could have attracted the attention of such a beautiful girl. I suggested we go out for a drink after work and she agreed. I then went back to work and continued my shift very excited. I finished work and went to pick her up. I suggested we go to the local club for a beer and then go home because I was at work the next day. We talked, got to know each other and I learned a lot of interesting things about her. She has many interesting hobbies and interests such as: archery, reading a book and even boxing. I was really fascinated by what I heard and saw. I also have similar hobbies to her and suggested that we practice archery at the local park next week.

Even before I had made the offer, her eyes were shining and it was as if she had already agreed.

Before that, of course, we saw each other every day and that's how things worked out for us and we became a couple.

He is Peter Parker, a newspaper photographer who changes into Spider-Man to fight criminals.

I was at Twin Oaks at a barbecue to celebrate the engagement of my beloved Ashley and his cousin Melanie. When I found out, I couldn't believe it because I knew Ashley loved me, not her. She wasn't anything better than me, she had a fragile body and looked like a child.

As I tried to find Ashley, I saw him. It was the first time we exchanged glances. He was tall and well-built. There was something about his eyes, so forbidding, so alert and so intense. He looked as if he knew what I looked like without my shimmy. Right at that moment, Kathleen grabbed my hand and led me to the stairs to the second floor. I asked her if she knew who that disgusting gentleman was, continuing to search for Ashley with my eyes. She began excitedly whispering and telling me what she knew about him. His name was Rhett Butler from West Point, but he was expelled for something so shameful that it wouldn't be suitable for a lady's ears. For some reason, I wanted to know more about him and the reason why he was no longer accepted in a good society, but I shouldn't deviate from the plan. I needed to convince Ashley not to marry Melanie. He had to know about my feelings, so he would marry me.

                             ***

It wasn't long before I saw Ashley's figure in the garden, but he wasn't alone. Melanie was sitting next to him, and three others had surrounded him. Somehow, I had to secretly tell him to meet me in the library but I couldn't say it aloud. Everyone would think it was inappropriate. But what else could I do? I'd write him a note, but I wouldn't give it to him personally. I'd place it near him so he could see it. I found a pen, took out a piece of paper from the pocket of my dress, and wrote the meeting place, which was the library, and my initials. I walked toward them through the garden. As I approached the bench where Ashley and Melanie were sitting, I stumbled over something, and just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, I felt hands wrapping around my waist, hands so strong that they almost effortlessly restored my balance. For a split second, I thought those hands were Ashley's, but as soon as I turned to see the face of the person who saved me, I realized that things could get worse. For the first time, I saw his face up close. His face was harsh and relentless and his mouth cruel. But his eyes mocked me. In spite of himself, he amused me. There was a sardonic amusement in his face as though he were watching me and laughing at me behind his hand. It was Rhett Butler's face.

"Are you alright?" asked Ashley.

But everything happened too quickly. I didn't know what to do or what to answer, so I turned my back on everyone staring at me and went back into the house.

                             ***

I stood humiliated in front of a mirror to fix my hair and calm down. I needed time to compose myself. Then I saw Rhett Butler looking from about 20 meters behind me. My whole face flamed, and I had to get away from there. Without looking back, I went down the nearest corridor. I turned around to see him before entering the first room I saw. He hadn't moved, but he wasn't looking around anymore, he was talking to a man I couldn't recognize. I relaxed and entered the dark room.

I started looking around and realized it was the library. The place where Ashley and I were supposed to meet. Then I remembered. I never gave Ashley the note. I searched my pocket. There was no note in the left or right pocket of my dress. Then the door opened wide. The lights from the corridor outlined a figure, but this figure wasn't Ashley's. It was Rhett Butler. His lips twisted suddenly, his eyes danced, and a slow smile spread over his face. He stood between me and the door. Somehow, I had to find a way to leave the room, otherwise we might be seen together. And with his reputation, nothing good would come out of it. The door closed loudly behind him, scattering my thoughts. I had to leave the room as quickly as possible. I walked towards the door. I avoided his gaze and managed to pass by him. I was with my back to him and less than a meter from the door when he grabbed my hand.

"Let me go, Mr. Butler," I said, trying to sound unwavering.

"I can't let you go, Miss O'Hara," he said, keeping a calm tone.

"You are no gentleman!" I said angrily.

"Appropriate remark" he seemed to find it amusing because he chuckled lightly.

"I can't imagine what sophisticated Ashley has charmed such a buoyant nature like yours. He should thank God on his knees for sending him a girl with your passionate vitality," he said carelessly.

"You're not worthy to wipe the dust from his shoes!" I cried out of control.

At that moment, I freed my hand away from his and tried to open the door, when he grabbed me again, but this time by the shoulders. I tried to wriggle away, but he was stronger. He turned me around and tried to kiss me, but this time I managed to react in time and turned my face aside, avoiding his gaze. Then he approached my ear.

"I'll wait, my dear. I'll wait until you've had enough of loving him. Till you're free of him," he whispered, releasing me from his grip.

Before I even realized what he said to me, I was already out of the room, running down the corridor, as far away from him as possible.

I can't believe my dream came true. Yesterday I was on a date with Atlas. Ever since I read the book I really wanted to go out on a date with him. He is very beautiful , very clever and he is very kind, and polite. We were at a very romantic restaurant. We looked at the sea and talked for hours about everything. After we ate, we went to the roof of a building and we watched the stars in each other's arms for hours. It was the best date I have ever had. I like him because of his mindset and his good heart. I think he likes me too, because he was looking at me all night and he was always smiling. We haven't stopped writing each other since yesterday. I hope we will go out again soon and this time it will be even more romantic. When I'm with him, I feel different but in a good way. I thought he would be haughty because of his fame, but he is a very shy and normal person. I think if we become a couple, we will be the perfect one. I think if we are in a relationship, it will develop in a good way and I think I will be very happy with him. Oh, I forgot .... we saw each other for the first time yesterday but we have been talking for a month so I can say that I have started to get to know him. We are going to meet on Saturday so I can't wait to see him again.

I woke up early, in order to have more time to prepare everything for our date today. I was so excited to meet him. I prepared a picnic basket filled with many treats, sandwiches and fruits.

When I arrived at the park, I found Akos waiting for me. He was sitting on a bench at the park in front of a beautiful fountain with a small kitten in his arms. I smiled with joy as I was watching him petting it.

“Hey Akos,” I greeted him.

“Hi Alena. You look very beautiful.”

He was holding my favorite flowers (yellow tulips) and a bottle of white wine.

I couldn’t help but blush at the compliment and the nice surprise. I thanked him before suggesting we find the perfect spot for our picnic. We wandered through the park, searching for a nice spot where we could enjoy each other's company without interruption.

When we found the perfect, quiet place we set a cozy blanket and all the food and treats I prepared plus the wine he had brought, which I very much liked. We shared a lot of stories, we talked about our childhood, hobbies and future plans. The weather was warm, the view was beautiful and the food was delicious. The more I listened to him talk I caught myself smiling unintentionally. I was falling deeper for him and his kindness and intelligence.

We watched the sky turn shades of pink and orange, Akos shortened our distance. Our eyes met and without a word he leaned in closer. I could feel something in my stomach, like I was nervous but excited at the same time. He went for a sweet and gentle kiss.

At that moment, all I wanted was for the time to stop. I was so happy to be with him. As we pulled away, our fingers intertwined. I was hoping that this kiss would be the beginning of our special story.

Michael Corleone is a manly, brave and loyal man who is torn between his two faces - that of a loving husband and father and that of a ruthless mafia boss. In him I see not only an ideal partner for adventures, but also a man with whom I can share my dreams and fight for a better future. The two of us will have dinner at an Italian restaurant and then go on a boat ride. At first we will feel a little awkward, but gradually we will relax and enjoy each other's company. We will discover each other as intelligent and sensitive individuals who value and respect each other.

Suddenly, enemies of the Corleone family appear, determined to kill Michael. I, determined not to abandon him, join his defense, using my intelligence and resourcefulness. Together we deal with the enemies and earn the respect of Michael and his family. Meeting Michael Corleone would be an unforgettable experience filled with romance, excitement and a sense of community. I believe that a strong and lasting relationship based on mutual respect, trust and love would be born between us.

Fire and ice - a date with Katniss Everdeen from "The Hunger Games"; Kristiyan Monev, 12zh

The black chariot covered in flames was taking us to the most luxurious place in the Capitol. That tall, shiny pearl in the heart of Panem was extremely impressive - 75 floors which were piercing the sky, a metal surface polished to perfection and so much light. However, nothing shone brighter than the Mockingjay herself. A single glance to make my heart melt... a single word, the sweetest sound I could ever hear... a single touch to make my world crumble in the most beautiful way possible. That night, I was the luckiest man in Panem.

The chariot stopped and I held out my hand so I could help her get off. Her hand was warm and soft, a symbol of tenderness, but also great strength. A long navy blue carpet led to the entrance of this imposing architectural masterpiece. Goodness me, the interior was even better - multiple paintings illustrating important moments of Panem's history; walls, covered in blue and silver, and a staircase which led to the room for our dinner. Contradicting everything else in the building, this place was in bordeaux with gold accents, created specifically for the occasion. A giant window revealed a landscape of many buildings illuminated by a full moon. We sat on the ancient oak table which was expecting us with two glasses of red wine and two plates of lamb stew with dried plums (her favourite dish) on its top. We were now facing each other and a pair of grey eyes looked at me, making me feel so...transparent. We talked for hours, yet it felt like seconds. At times she was quiet, but the silence was never a problem. Exactly then I stopped my constantly busy mind for a second just so I could appreciate what was in front of me. She wasn't an angel, but none of us are. The most wonderful sinner that has ever roamed the forsaken lands of Panem. She was so vulnerable, yet so strong. She opened her soul for me and I did the same. Our scars didn't feel so deep anymore. I saw myself in her in a lot of ways. Cold-blooded and skilled, ready to do what was necessary, but also compassionate, with a fiery love for the ones close to her heart. Ice and fire, fire and ice.

The dinner was over and a slow, romantic song started playing. I gently grabbed her by the waist and she put her arms around my neck. Moving slowly, we looked each other in the eyes and my heart sped up. All of the horrific experiences associated with the Hunger games, everything we had encountered along the way was worth it just so I could smile and look into the most mesmerizing grey eyes ever. We leaned closer and closer and our lips met softly. There was nothing else which I craved more than this kiss. The most skilled archer in Panem had pierced my heart with the arrow of love, enchanting me with her fire forevermore.

After the brief encounter in the bookstore, Xaden Riorson became more than a random discovery in my life. He was extraordinary, with an enigmatic gaze and an attractive smile that encouraged me to smile back.

His quiet and confident voice left an impression on me, and the magnetism he exuded drew me to him. Our meeting might have seemed like a simple coincidence, but to me it was much more than that. It was the beginning of a story that would change everything.

After that day, my thoughts returned to Xaden and the bookstore, wondering if I would ever meet him again and what the future would bring. That was the moment I realized that even the smallest encounters can change the course of our lives. Xaden and I met again by chance, this time at a small cafe in the park. At the end of the work day, I decided to take a break and order a sweet snack.

When I stepped into the cafe, it looked completely empty except for a young man sitting at a small table in the outside garden. I smiled and decided to sit at the next table. I looked over at him and noticed that he was reading a book, something that impressed me as I also loved to read.

After they handed me my order, I noticed that his book was authored. Although I hesitated, I decided to congratulate him on his choice. Thus began the conversation between us.

After we shared a few words, he invited me to sit next to him. Our conversation flowed as naturally as if we had known each other for years. Time flew by as we immersed ourselves in conversations about books, music and the world around us.

I would go out on a date with Percy Jackson because I want to learn more about Greek gods and Greek mythology. I am keen on these things! I know that his father is Poseidon and his mother is a human. It would be very interesting and curious – to be on a date with a demigod!

We went at The Rosecrans in West Village (New York). When we entered the cafе, everything was so beautiful and lovely like in a glorious and colorful fairy tale. We sat at the first free table next to the window. We ordered croissants and creamy hot chocolate. We talked about what I was interested in - Greek gods and Greek mythology. I learned a lot of new things and I was very grateful to Percy for sharing such interesting information with me. It was a pleasure for me to be on a date with Percy. The time passed imperceptibly.

After this I think Percy and I will continue to go out on dates and we will talk about other different kinds of wacky stories. And there can be a plot twist when Hades shows…

In the small town of Mythic Haven, I was super excited for my date with Annabeth Chase from the "Percy Jackson" series. Annabeth walked into the Misty Café, looking confident and smart. I knew this was going to be a really cool date!

We started by talking about our favorite moments at Camp Half-Blood. Annabeth shared stories about her adventures, and we laughed about the funny characters and monsters we'd encountered. It felt like we had a lot in common as demigods.

Deciding to explore, we went to Olympus Avenue and checked out Athena's Books. Annabeth recommended some interesting reads, and we found a cozy spot to talk about our favorite weapons and pretend battles against monsters.

As the sun went down, we headed to the Enchanted Grove, a magical park with glowing nymphs and satyrs. We talked about our dreams, and Annabeth spoke passionately about using her smarts to face challenges in both the mortal and demigod worlds.

A surprise happened when we found an old map that led us to a hidden labyrinth in the park. Curious, we decided to explore it together, solving riddles and discovering hidden mysteries.

Our connection grew as we chatted about camp memories, future quests, and sometimes debated the best way to face mythical creatures. Walking through Mythic Haven, hand in hand, we found a special fountain that revealed hidden truths, making our bond even stronger.

In a fun moment, we met a playful baby Pegasus in the town square. It caused a bit of chaos, but with our demigod skills, we turned it into a fun and memorable experience. Laughing together made us feel even closer.

The night ended with us sitting under the stars, sharing stories about our divine parents and casting sparkling spells to make our own constellation. Annabeth's eyes sparkled, and we talked about the exciting adventures ahead. In Mythic Haven, our date with Annabeth was full of mythical moments, shared dreams, and the promise of a future filled with love and demigod excitement.

A High-Speed Date With Mako Sato From "Initial D" (Alexander Bolnev 12Zh)

From a simple glance, people will deduce that Mako is an elegant, mature woman... the kind of woman that you might see on the walkways as a model or dating a rich person. I wouldn't blame you if you thought so. With a tall, slender figure, long straight brown hair and a perfect face, she simply screams sophisticated. Even more so now, since she's wearing a beautiful blue dress.

However, she is far more than that. If one were to look deeper into her, they'll discover that her soul and mind both itch for something far less elegant than her. It's something fierce and dangerous, something no refined woman would ever be capable of, if they even consider the idea of doing it.

She steps into her car, a beautiful, tuned Nissan Sileighty, which is about as blue as her dress, but with hints of purple, takes off her high heels and speeds off into the Gunma Prefecture. That's right, this woman is a street racer and not just any street racer. She's the leader of Impact Blue and the fastest racer on Mt. Usui. But she won't be doing any racing tonight, mind you. Because while her mind and soul are set on driving fast, her heart is set on me.

As she stops in front of my house, I step out of the house, wearing a dark green suit. She opens her door and, after putting on her high heels, steps out of her car to greet me.

"Hi, darling! It's good to see you again!"

As she is greeting me, she extends her hand towards me, I gently take her hand and kiss it, after which I greet her back.

"Hello, my dear. You look spectacular tonight!"

"Thank you! Shall we get going?"

"Yes, we shall."

We enter her car and she takes us to a luxurious Bar & Grill restaurant, located on Mt. Usui. The place is almost as exquisite as her. With warm lighting, beautiful wooden furniture, a piano in the middle, creating a gentle, calming atmosphere because of its wonderful pianist and giant windows, exposing the beautiful Japanese scenery.

We order our food and drinks and start discussing cars and motorsports. We're both equally interested in that topic and as such, a conversation like this would be much longer than you'd expect. After several hours, we get in Mako's car, having already finished our meals and she takes us to the mountain road. As we reach the top of the mountain, Mako gets challenged to a race by another driver. I signal her to accept the invitation and in mere seconds, both cars start heading downhill at full speed.

The opponent drives a 4WD and although that means he has better torque, he has to slow down more in order to take corners, because he relies on the car's grip. Mako's Sileighty on the other hand is FR and relies on the temporary lack of grip to take corners faster. This makes it perfect for the twisty mountainous roads and as such, with every straight the opponent pulls away from her, while on every corner, Mako drifts around the curve, closing the distance between them. Because of the nature of the road, we don't go any faster than 150km/h, but it feels much, much faster. It is an experience like no other.

And what's even more interesting is the driving style Mako is displaying here. It is representative of her fiery spirit. She has now reached her true form. Completely focused and relentless, she chases down the opponent, using the full width of the road to keep a high average speed. Eventually the opponent's car understeers into a barrier and Mako ends up victorious.

After this exciting race, she takes us back to her house, where we play Gran Turismo 7 together until we fall asleep. She plans on becoming a professional racer and I will fully support her dream, I'll even become a mechanic if I have to. That's because underneath that elegant figure, and that racing spirit, lies a timid, slightly awkward girl, who I can relate to.

A blind date (Elina Penkova 12e); featuring Noah Calhoun from “The Notebook” by Nicholas Sparks.

Agreeing to a blind date set up by our mutual friends I found myself stepping into a cozy, dimly lit café with a mix of excitement and nerves. As I looked around the room, my eyes locked onto a figure at a corner table—a stranger, yet someone I was supposed to spend the evening with.

Approaching the table, I noticed the apprehension mirrored in his eyes. Of course, I couldn’t help but notice how attractive his physical appearance was, too. He was one tall, fit, strong man. His hair was as blonde as sand and his eyes were like sweet honey. We exchanged awkward smiles, a silent acknowledgment of the uncertainty that hung in the air. As we settled into our chairs, the initial discomfort lingered, overshadowed by the curiosity about the person sitting across from me.

Cautiously, we delved into small talk. I finally got his name- Noah, a sweet man with a kind heart. Unfortunately, he was coming from a poor background, which as a result involved him working long hours to support his family. After a while the awkwardness gradually gave way to shared laughter and genuine interest. Every time my eyes met his I felt a shiver run through my body.

As the evening progressed, the conversation deepened, revealing layers of our personalities and aspirations. Surprisingly, most of our interests and values aligned, creating a resonance that surpassed the initial discomfort.

"What are your dreams?" I asked with genuine curiosity.

"Dreams? A man like me doesn’t have the time to dream.. " he said.

"Don’t be silly. Everyone has dreams."

"What are yours then?"

"I dream of having a family. A real family.. I want to love and to know I am loved, to have someone to share all moments of my life- happy or sad, to experience the unknown, to travel around the world.."

"It doesn’t seem impossible ..for a woman like you."

"A woman like me?"

"You know very well what I mean."

"Alright.. I won’t force you to tell me. But just so you know I can keep secrets. You could trust me if you wanted."

He didn’t respond, only nodded and sipped his drink. As the night drew to a close, I felt a new gratitude for how nice it was when things happened by chance. Meeting someone you don't know can turn into something magical. Even though I didn't want to go on this blind date, it turned out to be a surprisingly nice experience. I left the café feeling thankful for the chance to meet a person like him.

It was time that our ways had to part. He walked me home and we said our goodbyes.

"It was a very pleasant evening. I enjoyed it a lot. I don’t meet men like you very often."

"I too had a great time. I hope you have a good night," he replied monotonously, but in his eyes reflected sadness that the night was about to end.

I smiled at him and turned around. Just when I was about to open my front door he grabbed my hand and said:

"I want to build a house."

"Pardon me?" I asked confused.

"You asked about my dream .. My dream is to build a house. A house with big windows, a big yard and a view of the lake, where my future family can live peacefully."

"That is a beautiful dream to have," I replied. "I hope one day you will meet the person, that you want to have this family with."

"I think I already have."

He then pulled me close and gently kissed me. The kiss was so short, like a light peck of the wind, that the moment I understood what was happening, it was over.

"Noah..?"

"I will come back tomorrow.. if you’ll have me."

I nodded happily and smiled so hard that I could feel my mouth hurt.

Now, lying in my bed, my mind still lingers on this beautiful stranger, wondering how our story will continue to grow.

The dinner at the Night Court was not pleasant at all. All the rulers of our world had gathered to discuss the war that was coming. The conversation touched on topics such as weapons and the number of dead soldiers. None of this has been a topic I'd like to talk about, and if you ask me, I'd stop everything right now, but unfortunately I can't.

My eyes have been searching for a way out of this hell all along. Then I noticed moving shadows in the darkest corner of the room. I looked up and I saw him. That was Azriel, one of the most dangerous and feared warriors in the Court of Night, and he was looking me straight in the eye. It bothered me, and I accidentally knocked my wine glass on my dress. All of a sudden, the conversation at the table stopped. I felt very uncomfortable, so I got up and apologized. I said I was going to find the bathroom and I wouldn't be long.

I hurried through the corridors of the castle, looking for a quiet place to be alone. It wasn't long before I found a large terrace with a wonderful view of the city. I was so relaxed that I didn't even notice when a tall male figure stood next to me. He spoke first. He understood that the conversation at the table was not pleasant for me and I wanted to escape. He wasn't as scary as I thought he was, he was actually good company.

We spent hours on that terrace, I didn't even notice when the sun started to come out. Our conversations were fun and made me completely forget about the war. It was a beautiful and emotional night. And now I can't wait to see Azriel again.

On a cool evening in New York City, I met Percy Jackson for a special date. Percy sat at a table in a cozy café, waiting for me with a big smile.

"Hi there!" he said cheerfully as I sat down. His green eyes sparkled.

We talked for hours about his amazing adventures, like fighting monsters and dealing with tricky gods. Percy's stories were full of bravery and jokes, and I couldn't get enough of them.

Later, we decided to walk through Central Park. The moon was shining, making everything look magical. Percy shared his dreams and struggles as a demigod, and I listened closely, feeling a strong connection with him.

Suddenly, some scary monsters jumped out of the bushes! But Percy was quick to act. He drew his sword and fought them off with skill and strength. It was both scary and exciting!

After the battle, we laughed about the crazy situation. I realized that Percy and I had a special bond, something more than just friends.

After leaving the park, Percy suggested we get some ice cream. It sounded great! We walked down the street, chatting and laughing. The night felt like it would never end.

At the ice cream shop, we looked at all the flavors. Percy loved one called "Blue Moon Blast." He said it was the best.

We sat on a bench near a fountain and ate our ice cream. Percy told me funny stories from his adventures. He talked about the time he battled a giant crab and how he outsmarted a tricky god.

As we finished our ice cream, I realized how much fun I was having with Percy. He was brave and funny, and I felt like I could talk to him about anything.

When it got late, we said goodbye, promising to meet again soon.

Walking home, I felt happy. Meeting Percy was like stepping into a whole new world. I knew our adventure was just beginning.

A magical date with Kieran. “From blood and ash” (Dara Ivanova 11 g)

I was waiting nervously at a restaurant for my date to come. All I knew about him was that he was the kindest person I had ever met. He was different from others. By that I mean he was a werewolf.

As I was thinking about what I was going to order, the door swung open and Kieran walked in. So confident and mysterious with a smile on his face. He waived at me and sat down.

We began talking immediately like we had known each other for years. He made me laugh so much I almost split my sides laughing. At the same time Kieran made me feel at peace, despite the awkwardness of a first date.

After we finished our dinner, we went on a walk in the nearest park. Kieran and I continued talking for hours and I couldn’t stop staring at his blue eyes. It felt like we were soulmates. But there was this urge to ask him about his life, what it felt like to be a werewolf. So I asked. He turned to me, shocked that I knew about that, but quickly smiled and told me the story of his life and what it felt like.

As the night wore on, we shared stories, fears and dreams under the beautiful moon. I realised what a kind person Kieran was, even with his imperfections.

As we said goodbye, I couldn’t deny the connection I felt with him. Though our journey together might be hard, I know that love knows no bounds - even when one of you transforms into a werewolf.

I was walking on the street around the fruit market, when I saw two teenagers stupidly running around and laughing. The boy caught the girl and all I could see that was pure love. Then I continued with my walk and started to dream about true love. That kind of love that makes you feel free and childish.

While I was thinking my thoughts, I felt someone pushing me. And then I saw him. Those beautiful eyes and precious smile. He asked me about my name. I wasn’t able to answer for a second. After I realised what was going on, I answered him. He told me his name was Benedict and asked me what a lady was doing at the market all by herself. I told him that I was trying to get some air. He told me he knew the best place for that and asked me if I wanted him to show me. I knew it was stupid to go somewhere with a complete stranger but every blood cell in my veins told me to go with him. So that was what I did.

We walked for about twenty minutes talking about a lot of things such as music and art. We laughed a lot too. After a while we got to a beautiful meadow full of flowers. The view was amazing. We were able to see the mountain and the sunset. I was speechless. He took off his jacket and let me sit on it. We stayed there for two hours. When it was time to go, he took my hand and looked me in the eyes. He told me that he had had a great time with me and he would like us to meet again. After that he kissed my hand as a true gentleman and stared at me just a little more. I didn’t want this evening to end. When we stopped staring at each other, we went back the same road.

He walked me to my door and looked at me again. I loved the way he smiled at me just before leaving. When I got home, I couldn’t stop smiling and thinking when I would get to see him again.

In the magical kingdom of Elfhame, beneath the twinkling stars of Valentine's night, a rumor spread like gentle whispers on the wind. Few believed that High King Cardan had asked me on a date.

Amidst the fog of hesitation that enveloped the kingdom, only I was convinced of the credibility of the rumor. For in the depths of my being, I knew without doubt that I was the chosen lady, destined to go on an amazing date with the charming King of Elfhame.

I stand beneath the window of his chamber holding a candle that illuminates only the tips of my hair.

You might wonder why I'm the one waiting for him, but it's simply due to his family lineage. If anyone sees him beyond the kingdom's borders, I could cause him serious trouble with his parents. Cardan Greenbriar is a charmer. His eyes are as deep and dark as a moonlit night, and his hair matches, like shadows dancing in the darkness. He's the kind of person who leaves a mark on everyone he meets.

In the quiet of the night, I am waiting for him. Suddenly, there he is, bathed in moonlight, his dark hair gleaming. It's like the moon itself has spotlighted him, making the moment enchanting.

As he comes into view, he takes my arm and whispers softly:

"Care to dance?”

I smile, and the world seems to hush into silence around us.

As soon as I received Poppy's letter, it didn't take me a second to decide that I had to go visit her to the Solis kingdom, Atlantia, so I immediately grabbed my things and left to get there as soon as possible.

After four long days travelling, I finally arrived and Poppy was there, waiting for me at the entrance to the kingdom. She introduced me to the people of the lovely kingdom and there he was, Casteel Da'Neer, the prince of Solis. Since we first spoke, I'd felt a tension between us and we didn't stop talking for hours and hours until night came and he invited me to dinner at his house. Of course, I was very excited, not only because he was very attractive, but he was also very charismatic and a little mysterious, like he was hiding something that I definitely wanted to discover (like in the book).

After taking a long walk with Poppy, it was time for the date with Casteel. Poppy noticed that I was nervous and asked me if I liked him so I said yes because I couldn't hide the desire to see him again. She was very happy for me and told me that he was a very good boy, that although he might seem a little mysterious, he was actually a prince who showed compassion and empathy towards his people and was ready to risk his own life to protect his people. When she told me all that I was even more excited and I wanted to know more about him.

I got ready and he picked me up from Poppy's house with his horse and best friend Kieran and took me to his house. It looked like a small castle, it seemed so cute, honestly.

We got to the table, which was on the highest floor of the house, with views of the entire kingdom, which were incredible. Casteel was very attentive, he didn't stop listening to me.

Throughout the date, he showed a softer and more romantic side and also told me many stories about his past and his kingdom, revealing more about his personality. The time flew by and after many hours of talking and laughing, he walked me to Poppy's house to finally give me a romantic kiss, which I had been waiting for.

After a few days, I returned home and the truth is that I can't stop thinking about him and I can't wait to go to Solis again.

Stranger Things - by the Duffer brothers - a date with Nancy Wheeler (Mihail Nedelchev11g)

Nancy is intelligent, resourceful, and brave. Her mind is razor-sharp.

Our date took place in the normal world where there are no monsters chasing us. As it was our first date, we talked about our lives, how we'd been doing so far, and what our future plans might be. At first glance, I saw how intelligent she was because even if I switched the topic, she always knew what to say. She also told me about the anomalies she had seen and experienced in the last couple of years. Nancy's stories about the anomalies she had encountered in the past reminded me of the bravery she displayed in the face of danger. It was as if she had a hidden strength, much like the characters from the Stranger Things series she mentioned.

As we left the place where we were chatting and talking, we continued our date into a little park where we were able to watch the sunset together.

I think she now knows what kind of person I am, and I believe that our relationship could develop into something greater. However, anything is possible in life because I am not the only man on this planet, and I'm still not sure what she likes.

Only the future could tell what might be ahead of us.

A perfect surprise (Elitsa Kostadinova 12e) featuring Gilbert Blythe from “Anne of Green Gables”

I stood on the front porch of my house, nervously fidgeting with the hem of my dress as I waited for Gilbert Blythe. We had planned to meet for a date, but as the minutes passed by, doubts began to creep into my mind. Was he really going to show up? Had he forgotten or was it just a joke to begin with?

Thirty minutes had passed, and still, there was no sign of him. I sighed, feeling hurt and disappointed as I reluctantly began to make my way back inside. Just as I was turning to leave, I heard my name being called in the distance.

I spun around to see Gilbert hurrying towards me, his expression filled with guilt as well as determination. He apologised sincerely and assured me that he would make up for it if I still wanted to go on a date with him.

Feeling a mix of relief and curiosity, I agreed to give him another chance, and we set off together, his hand clasped in mine. But as we walked, I couldn't help but wonder where he was taking me.

"Where are we going?" I asked, unable to stop myself.

Gilbert just looked at me like he was hiding something. "You'll see," he replied, smirking.

I couldn't help but roll my eyes at his cryptic answer, but before I could protest further, he gently covered my eyes with his hands, guiding me forward.

We walked for a while and just as I began to grow impatient, Gilbert removed his hands, revealing a breathtaking sight in front of me. “This is why I was late…” , he said.

Spread out before us was a picnic blanket, adorned with all my favorite foods and flowers. My heart swelled with emotion as I realized the effort Gilbert had put into planning this perfect surprise.

"How did you know?" I whispered, unable to tear my eyes away from the spread before me, it was the perfect surprise.

Gilbert smiled softly, his eyes filled with warmth. "I've liked you since the moment I first saw you," he confessed, " I know all your favorite things by heart, so I figured you’d enjoy it."

As we sat together, enjoying the warmth of the afternoon sun, we talked and laughed for hours, like it was just the two of us in the world.

And as the sun began to set, casting a beautiful and warm glow over the landscape, Gilbert turned to me with a look of longing in his eyes. Before I knew it, he leaned in and pressed his lips to mine, and at that moment, I knew that this was the beginning of a love story that would last a lifetime.

I would go on a romantic date with The Cruel Prince of Elfhame from The Folk of the Air book series by Holly Black... In fact who wouldn't.

Arriving in the middle of the night in their wonderful world standing in front of the palace I am wearing a dark blue, almost black, lace dress with elegantly cut shoulders that plays with the moonlight.

As soon as I enter the palace I am enveloped in so much excitement, happiness and fear. I ask one of the guards if he can help me find Cardan, he doesn't make a sound, nor does he change the look on his face. Suddenly he walks in front and I follow him without even looking around. We stop at the doors of one of the halls here. I open the door, is it possible, I can't believe my eyes, he has organized a whole party because of my coming, because of me.

I start to look around for my prince, suddenly he appears next to me, takes my hand and leads me in front of the crowd. He invites me to dance, but apparently he doesn't know how badly I dance. The night is full of possibilities, and while we move with liquid grace under the crowns of ancient trees, I notice that we are the only ones left in the hall.

Cardan's presence is as intoxicating as the free-flowing fairies' wine, his gaze a tempting invitation.

As we wander deeper into the heart of the palace, our conversation flows effortlessly, weaving stories of forgotten realms and forbidden desires, elusive goals and unfulfilled dreams. Cardan, usually cloaked in arrogance, reveals vulnerabilities hidden beneath his regal facade as I share stories of my mortal world, of my home, which he finds both both confusing and fascinating.

Our walk continues outside the castle to the edge of a forgotten lake where the water glistens. There, we sit in the clearing under the starry night sky, continuing to share secrets that draw us closer, our laughter echoing in the water. But as time progresses, a ray of light appears on the horizon. A betrayal, unforeseen and unforgivable, threatens to tear us apart.

Eventually the sun rises, here it is like a beacon of light amidst the shadows that I want to swallow us up. Cardan and I stand hand in hand, I am already captivated, he only needs to say one word, lie to me or command me to control me but he doesn't. I leave his world waiting for our next meeting.

Dark Is The Night (Sergey H. 11 "G") featuring Margarita from "The Master And Margarita" by Mikhail Bulgakov

The room was lit by the yellow light of an old wax candle. Despite the visible lack of human presence it was unsettlingly clean and organized, as if nobody had ever lived there: the pages full of manuscripts written in her so unusual handwriting, which were usually scattered across the room, were nowhere to be found; the window was wide open, the snow-white bedsheets were well-ironed with two pillows on top of them further adding to the scene of the perfect bedroom. The huge desk in the corner was empty, shining to the candle's only source of light.

I took my seat on the side of the bed, feeling exhausted due to the late hour in which I decided to pay Margarita a visit. The truth is there was nothing else I could do. It was like she disappeared not only from all of the city bohemia's events but from my life as well. It was so uncommon of her that I couldn't do other but think about it all the time, going through my theories over and over again - to my selfishness, I must admit that the thought of her being terminally ill with some kind of an unknown sickness was much more reassuring than the thought of her having an affair.

I won't lie, I loved this woman from the bottom of my heart and I adored every moment with her, even the slightest inconveniences we had together. She was nothing like the others; she always knew exactly what she wanted and was determined to achieve it whenever she had the desire to. Her originality was evident and persistent in every action, beginning with her sophisticated taste in fashion, music and literature, culminating in her ironic sense of humour which perhaps only the two of us were fond of.

And so here I was, alone and deep in thought about the past and the future yet to come. As I approached the window in order to smoke a cigarette in the fading light of the wax candle, I saw something in the night sky. Something I thought was nothing more than an illusion appeared once more. And again. And again. I could've sworn that I'd seen a silhouette, the silhouette of a woman hovering across the clouds. Passing easily through the ether, neglecting the strong wind, she was destined to reach an objective far beyond my comprehension. I could only watch in awe as this angel without wings was stoically making her way across the colossal firmament, resembling one of the myriads of glowing stars on the canvas of being.

Me and my family - the rulers of a fairy island - were on our way to one of the biggest and strongest islands in the entire Elfhame. I had no idea why we were going there as my parents kept telling me it was a surprise.

....

In a few hours we were in front of a huge castle and when we reached for the door, it got opened by - judging from the clothing - the king and queen of Elfhame. We were warmly welcomed and within a few minutes we were already sitting in a huge room with a big mahogany dining table. At first the conversation was all about politics and other islands. So I wasn't listening much, but then one sentence made me realize why we were here. The king of Elthame said something about uniting the islands and right after that...

A tall, dark-haired boy entered the room. The king introduced him as Cardan Greenbriar - his youngest son - who would soon be ready to take his place.

This couldn't be true. I knew immediately what all of this was for. They wanted to marry us to unite the islands.

...

A few very hard minutes passed. Cardan sat in a chair in front of me but he hadn't spoken at all. I mean.. how could he when the only people talking were our fathers. The conversation of course was nothing else but details on wedding preparations.

For a second, Cardan looked at me and right after that he stood up as if he couldn't keep on listening and went out of the room. To be honest, I couldn't keep on listening either, so I followed him. My dad tried to stop me, but Cardan's father cut him off. Good.

I saw Cardan right outside the room. He was definitely angry... or at least very irritated. I didn't know what to say or do so I just stood next to him. He looked at me again and just now I was able to see his face in more detail. His almost black, beautiful eyes, pale skin and sharp features. There was no doubt that he was the most beautiful thing I'd ever seen.

Without saying anything, he took my hand and started running towards the exit of the castle. We went to a huge garden filled with all kinds of flowers, but most of them were roses. We sat on a bench and for a solid minute no one said anything.

I decided to be brave and start a conversation, but it turned out he did as well, as we both said that we were not interested in the crown and didn't want to marry without love. The surprise on both of our faces was unbelievable. We laughed it off and started talking about other topics. It turned out we had a lot in common. He was so charming and funny and ...

It was time for me to go. I saw my parents coming and got up as fast as possible. I almost forgot to say goodbye to Cardan, but he grabbed my hand and hugged me tightly. He said he was thankful that I had listened to him and he said he had had a great time. I hugged him back and told him that we would probably meet again soon.

....

When I was getting ready for bed, I realized that there was something in the pocket of my dress. It was a small box and a beautiful white rose inside it. Cardan...

In the magical world of Cherry Tree Lane, my day with Mary Poppins by P.L. The Traverse was an unforgettable journey. Our date began when Mary greeted me with her umbrella and a twinkle in her eye.

We explored the enchanting scenes of Bert's chalk paintings, where Mary's tales brought the sidewalk to life with dancing penguins and animated adventures. Her cheerful and kind behaviour and timeless wisdom made every moment a delight. Our next stop was Cherry Tree Lane Park, where Mary's magic and my love for her turned ordinary activities into extraordinary experiences. We jumped into sidewalk chalk drawings, had tea parties in the attic, and even discovered a hidden world in Burt's living artwork. This was just a small part of the amazing time spent with her.

Something unseen happened when Mary's umbrella revealed a secret path to the starry night sky. Together we swam through constellations seeing magical things that added a touch of wonder to our day.

Mary and I said our goodbyes, I returned to reality, carrying the charm of our day together, but also the disappointment that I would never see her again. Mary Poppins, with her magical presence, taught me that a little imagination can turn the ordinary into the extraordinary.
