         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>1- Its a important step have confidence, when you are doing something like speak english o whatever you do it for improve yourself beacause its for you, for a better way to live.</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>2- Depends of the person, i think that every mistake have an experience and you have to learn of it, but its in you how can act when you have a mistake, always have to be to improve.</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>3- I think that i dont have a strategies, by i take courage i dont think in anaything that could be affect me, I i began to speak about the topic. </strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>4- Always a feedback have to be to improve yourself no matther what people say about it, you have to take the good for you of that coment.</strong><br></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>In my opinion, self confident has a huge impact in the ability to speak in english, because when you feel confident, you are less afraid of making errors, and it will help you to speak with more fluency, because you are sure that is part of learning.</p></li><li><p>Yes, I think it is one of the biggest barriers to improving english because in the majority of the cases, nobody want to make a mistakes,but the mistakes are normal in all the learning process.</p></li><li><p>When a had an interview in english, 5 months ago, I was very nervous, I had a terrible weekend because I can´t stop thinking in what should I do (I have never had an interview in English before). But everything was ok. The real test would come later haha.</p></li><li><p>Not feel shame or embarrassment if I am wrong</p></li><li><p>Absolutely. The feedback is very important if we want to improve</p></li></ol>]]></description>
