  • I like the idea of offering positive praise for students following the routines and procedures you expect of them - sometimes it can be easy to focus on the negatives going on.

  • I plan on incorporating journaling in my homeroom class that includes MoveThisWorld prompts as questions and having students respond to others. I also plan on doing more positive phone calls/messages (using seesaw) to develop more relationships with parents.

    To create a positive learning environment I want to verbally express positive feedback to students when they are doing good especially in front of peers because it makes students feel good and work towards recognition.
