         <description><![CDATA[<div>A norm/expectation that should be agreed on is that everyone should participate in meetings- no staying on mute,  (if possible) camera on, etc. When input is needed everyone must give it and everyone needs to do their job.<br>An exception for not being able to join/participate by emailing (or texting) whoever is running the meeting to inform them at least 24hrs ahead of time that you have a prior commitment and will not attend the meeting. <br>Most important thing is we need to have COMMUNICATION.<br>-Ava Stowe </div>]]></description>
