BIG HOLE
the position of the globe in relation to the bottom shows that there is a hole that the globe is going into. This could suggest that the globe is falling into a hole and that the pig that is sitting on top of it has malicious intent and wants the globe to fall into the endless abyss of nothingness.

THA POLISH
underneath the pig and the globe, there is some text that reads: "folwark zwierzecy" this means animal farm, but it is written in polish. Poland was allied with britain, and therefore was against the axis forces. The soviet union was in the axis forces and is known for having bad democratic abilities. This could show that the book has something to do with the ruling practices of the soviet union.

the world is close to the edge of a gaping hole and seems to be deteriorating at the bottom, showing it is literally close to the edge and is in peril.

the pig is illustrated as fat and cowardly, yet he is standing on top of the globe, implying he holds a position of power. this could be an allusion to a weak leader whose greed puts others in peril.
