Re-look @ how we teach and identify what are the essentials (i.e. good to have vs must have). We must free up time and allow for this time to cater towards creating different forms of assessments, what is the best way to approach/teach my students. 

Dept must decide and set the direction. Not as ideal to leave teachers to their devices and on their own as it may not be adhered to what we desire. 

Imbue this into the curriculum time as well. Should not be a standalone.
