I found that Toby and Jordan were our two strongest net throwers so split them up and put them on each side, then split up the rest of the team according to their strengths and weaknessesThis impacted my team positively and negatively as everyone in our team had a position and a role in the team, but I realised after that some people had a more important role than others making it unfair, and un allows the others to improve in all positions.
