This year, due to coronavirus, things have changed at school. When we are in class, it is obligatory to wear a mask, to disinfect our hands often, to stay one meter away and not to exchange objects or snacks. I am happy to be back at school and to have met my classmates and teachers, but i am also worried because the infections are rising and we are more at risk. For this, we must always respect the rules because we can get infected and mix it with other people. In this period we hear a lot of discussion on the new about whether it was better to continue online lessons or face to face. I prefer to be back at school because with online lessons it can happen that sometimes the internet doesn't work and in presence the explanation of the teachers are better understood.

I think that going back to school with the pandemic still underway is very complicated. From my point of view, face-to-face lessons are better than online ones because you can reconnect social relations with others and maybe it is easier to follow the lesson and ask for explanations on topics you did not understand. I think everyone knows that it is a difficult situation but with respect for the rules such as wearing a mask, washing hands, keeping the meter away we could continue to go to school.
RENATO PEDICINI

The situation of covid 19 is always the same: wear masks, sanitize your hands, wash them often, etc. the only thing I disagree with is the return to school for most of the students on October 1st. I disagree because it is still dangerous to be in contact with many people especially when we are in class and in fact before doing face-to-face teaching I would have done the first month of distance teaching even if it is much more tiring in my opinion and then I would have resumed go to school all this to decrease the number of infected people making it safer to return to school. At least there are rules when we are in class like keeping the mask all the time, sanitizing your hands every time we go to the bathroom and more. I am still happy to be back even if I would have waited a little longer.

starting a new school year with a global pandemic around the corner is not easy at all, everyone is talking about covid 19 and schools are organizing to ensure safety. I think that the online lessons are not a good method to teach because since there is no possibility to interact with the professors to ask for explanations. in addition, with the online lessons there is also no communication with your classmates. also not everyone will be able to participate in online lessons because they don't have a computer or have a slow connection. today the school year has started and it will be a different year from the others for we have to respect all the rules, such as wearing masks, washing hands often, keeping your distance and not gathering.personally this year scares me but I hope to return to as soon as possible to normal ALESSANDRO

I am afraid above all for my parents and my grandparents because being much older there is a greater chance of being infected and dying.

The back to school during the Covid-19 makes me feel anxious. Seeing so many people with their faces covered by a mask and always being careful not to exceed the limit and follow the needed precautions, is sad but necessary. Personally I am happy to go back to school even if in these conditions, having done online lessons was nice but going back to class is different.
This situation makes me feel also lonely, for me like every teenager is important having some kind of contact with a person, especially if it's important to you. Not having it, not being able to socialize with classmates, makes you feel far from everyone and everything. I just hope that everything ends as soon as possible and in the least sad way possible.
But until then it is important to follow the rules and I understand that, not only for me but for my friends and family and all the most vulnerable people.

If we are all united and responsible, everything will be fine and we may soon be back to normal.
Elena Iannace

A few days ago we started going to school again. I'm very happy about this because, according to me, it was more difficult to study and learn new things with online lessons and I also think it's more beautiful to stay in class with my friends. Online lessons also had some positive aspects of course: we colud stay at home, with the pajama, maybe having breakfast and without wearing face masks. On the other hand, when we go to school we have to respect several rules to prevent coronavirus and this makes me also feel anxious sometimes, but at the same time these rules are very important to protect ours and the other's healt. All I'm hoping is that this situation will be over as soon as possible and we'll all come back to our normal lives.

In my opinion in this moment is very important ti respect the imposed rules. The rules are: wear a face mask, respect the social distance thai si one meter, sanitize your hand often and coughing on the arm. The school are open from 1st october and there is a tough regulation. The situation is not the best but but we hope it will be resolved soon.- Luca Leone

After so many postponements of the reopening of the school finally a few days ago all of us students returned to class. We have had to adopt rules which are fundamental in this period. Finally, in our schools there are more rules and this makes us even better citizens. We found ourselves in a totally different classroom where the desks are one meter away from each other, at the entrance of the school to give us a good morning is the thermoscanner that indicates our body temperature which cannot be higher than 37.5. We often have to disinfect our hands and absolutely wear the mask that has now become our best friend. I am very happy that I started school again. Even though I loved taking lessons from home in my pajamas, I missed waking up early in the morning to go to school. Following the teacher live as he explains is different, in my opinion much more efficient, at home being behind a screen I had many more distractions and I could not concentrate. On the other hand, however, I am also very worried because there are irresponsible guys who are gathering and all this attention that many of us have is useless. I am very worried about the health of the weakest, like my grandparents who cannot afford to get this virus. I hope this situation ends as soon as possible.

Everything is different from last year, I can see my friends but I can’t touch them, hug them or sit next to them, unfortunately there isn’t that freedom of movement like before. Going back to school is very important because school is not just about studying but it’s also about socialization and comparison. From an educational point of view, face to face mode is certainly better than online lessons. The only thing I miss from the period of the lockdown is having lessons in my pajamas but besides that what you learn at school cannot be compared to what you learn behind a screen. While on the one hand I am happy to be back at school, on the other I am sad because I can no longer go to my grandparents house because I need to protect them from a possible risk of Covid. I am not afraid for myself but I am afraid for my parents and my grandparents, who are more fragile. I hope that a vaccine will be found soon and that we will be able to get back to living without social distancing because we are human and as such we need to be able to be together without any limits.

Back to school during the COVID-19 has its pros and cons.I’m so happy to back to school; first of all because i can see my friends and also because returning to school , I can find that piece of normality that has been taken away from us. On the other hand, it is necessary to respect the rules to avoid further infections. I’m a little bit scare and at the same time tired because I would return to the normality as soon as possible. The schools are obliged to provide for the safety and health of all school staff. We must respect all the rules that must be respect; for example: we must wear facemask, we must disinfet/wash our hands for at least 30 seconds. We must respect social distancing from the others of at least one meter, we cough or sneeze in our elbow or in a tissue and throw it away as soon as possible. We must be very careful to respect these rules, for ourselves and for others; our future depends on the choices we make today -Azzurra

In this uncommon time the return of students in schools is a very controversial topic. After some months of online lessons we have to came back in the classroom, because learning and studyng face to face with a teacher is much better than learning and studyng from a laptop screen, moreover some students don't even have electronic devieces (like a comptur or a tablet) or a good internet connection. In our school this new year started in october, later than usual; we must wear face masks in class, we must clean our hand with a disinfectant and desks are separeted by at least one meter. In conclusion come back to school is a risk but it's very important for us, so respecting rules, kepping your distance and with many sacrifices we can pass this year.
Luca Petrella

This year, due to coronavirus, things have changed at school. When we are in class, it is obligatory to wear a mask, to disinfect our hands often, to stay one meter away and not to exchange objects or snacks. I am happy to be back at school and to have met my classmates and teachers, but i am also worried because the infections are rising and we are more at risk. For this we must always respect the rules because we can get infected and mix it with other people. In this period we hear a lot of discussion on the new about whether it was better to continue online lessons or face to face. I prefer to be back at school because with online lessons it can happen that sometimes the internet does not work and in presence the explanations of the teachers are better understood.

I'm proud to be back at school, I'm glad to see my friends and teachers. Being at school under these circumstances, however, makes me fearful. To be honest, I did not like online lessons because being in direct contact with teachers makes the lesson much easier to follow and even less difficult. I very much hope that this covid-19 will not bring us back to close our schools and that the situation will improve.

This lockdown was pretty bad for me. Firstly on tv , I was only hearing about this virus, which spread like wildfire and it was now almost impossible not to be infected. Fortunately, my grandparents live in my own home therefore we could see each other every day. However the restrictions that forced me to stay at home were terrible. I couldn't do anything and when I went out it was to do shopping for home with my mom. By the way in all this situation, the positive side of the lockdown was that it was possible to spend a lot of

time with my family. To sum up I hope there won't be another lockdown because staying home without being able to move is crazy
