Don't: Use communication in only one direction - listening to parents; sometimes, when we listen, with open mind, we realize that the case is not what we were thinking.
2. Don't: Assume you are the expert, and parents don't know nothing about education or about school life.
3. Don't: Assume only parents must adapt to school - in fact, schools must also adapt to parents. 


1º Invite parents personaly. Do you know theirs names?
2º Meet parents for "students reasons", and not just because it is an habit to invite parents in some moments of the school year or for burocratic reasons.
3º Put youself in parents-shoes - if you were the parents, what would you like to talk with teachers? why should you go to school?

I would like to implement a plan to communicate with parents of a 10 class. By this age, 15-16, manny students think that the participation of parents in school is not necessary/important; manny parents agree. Yet, this is an important phase in terms of learning and in terms of future careers - so I think is very important to communicate with parents, so they can be envolved in school life of theirs sons and daugthers.

1.Meeting with class and with parents to explain and to plain the project.


2.Create a facebook group with parents and school team. (Provide training to parents, if necessary)


3.Chose a subject by month and provide communication about that subject at least one moment per week. Provide feedback to any communication from parents in group. Moderate communications in group.


4.Provide individual communication with each parent at least one moment per month. Provide feedback to any communication from parents via messenger.


5.Evaluate this project.
