Put a picture of a panda and/or a mirror on the wall at student height. As you introduce and make meaning during a unit of inquiry, encourage students to tell panda when they recognise their own demonstration of particular attributes. When you - or other significant adults witness the child's conversation with the panda - it's an opportunity to privately ask the child to share with you so that you can write it down and keep it as evidence for reporting on behalf of the child. It helps the child monitor, reflect and document their growth towards international mindedness.

Hamid could take pictures of students in "action" for example a student being caring to a friend. He could post those pictures in the class and he could also send them home to parents with a written explanation of each learner profile. He could also use a video of students in action and have students reflect on the learning profile.

Send home a printed version of Profile with child friendly descriptions, so they can put it up at home (Fridge?? ) and refer to it to build vocabulary.

When reading stories, discuss the profile that the characters are demonstrating. Ask the children what they think. When reading the same story the next time, again ask the children what they see.

Hamid could encourage his children to do charades of what they think an action would be demonstrating such behavior. They could anonymously draw cards from a hat with the learner profiles written on them and the rest of the class could guess what it was and why. He could document this through videos or pictures and refer and post them on the classroom walls in a walk of fame.
