         <description><![CDATA[<div>Their <a href="http://www.ssb.no/en/lovbrudde/">crime rate</a> in Norway is <a href="http://www.forbes.com/sites/erikkain/2011/07/25/despite-recent-shootings-norway-is-a-low-crime-nation/">incredibly low.</a> The murder rate is low. The incarceration rate is low. As one wise law student once said, "<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Coemj2qdWMw">happy people just don't shoot their husbands</a>.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>"Freedom to travel" implies the "Equality of Entry to and Dissemination to All Uncultivated Nations." Allemannsrett is simply "all the freedoms to people." So a tent or a stroll over any "signature" (non-cultivated) land is feasible. In addition, everywhere wild-berries are allowed. That little law is especially fantastic as there are lots of gorgeous places in Norway to see and few obstacles that hinder you.</div>]]></description>
