Why does this story matter to you? Why did you choose it? This story matters to me because I care about cars a lot and sometime in my lifetime we will most likely see a ban of gasoline powered cars with no alternative other than electric cars. I chose it for those reasons, 

Why will your audience be interested in this? Because they will want to see an interesting fiction movie about something that could be a very real thing in our lives at some point soon.

How will you grab their attention? I will grab their attention with the movie talking about a Formula 1 race car powered by Hydrogen.
